This mid-terrace cottage is located on the edge of Whitby in North Yorkshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Mayfield Manor is a mid-terrace cottage on the main road leading in to the popular North Yorkshire seaside town of Whitby. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite), a twin room and a family shower room. On the ground floor are a fitted galley-style kitchen and a spacious sitting room with a gas fire. Outside is roadside parking and a small rear patio with outdoor furniture. Ideal for discovering the North Yorkshire coast and the North York Moors National Park, Mayfield Manor is a lovely family holiday home for a break at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Unrestricted roadside parking outside property. Small enclosed patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 12 mins walk. Coast and beach 1 mile. Note: There are steep stairs up to the second floor. Note: This property is on the A171. Note: There is a bus stop into town a couple of hundred yards away. This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £300
