Cozy 4-Person Apt with AC, Terrace & Parking in Agde

Air conditioned apartment for 4 people. Situted at Heliopolis entrance E, 2nd floor with lift, road-side. Living rool with 160cm bed and sofa bed. Kitchen area with microwave, washing lachine, kettle, hoover, toaster... Seperate bathroom and WC. South facing terrace with awning. Parking n°25.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 6.62 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
