Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und komplett klimatisiert. Komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück, ideal für den Hund. Sowohl der Vermieter als auch die Personen der Agentur sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Grande maison super équipée

Une maison super équipée. L'accueil était vraiment sympathique. Jardin bien clos parfaitement pour notre chien. La conciergerie toujours à l’écoute 24/7. On y reviendra sûrement.

Séjour agréable en famille et entre amis

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances chez Mr Renard dans cette jolie maison composée de 4 belles chambres, 2 salles de bain, 2 WC (1 WC indépendant) , une grande pièce de vie avec salon-salle à manger-cuisine, un beau jardin avec terrasse et une magnifique piscine. De beaux espaces pour que nos 2 familles de 4 personnes trouvent leurs aises et leur intimité. La piscine a enchanté petits et grands, surtout vu la chaleur que l'on a eu. Notre chien a apprécié le jardin mais également les espaces verts tout autour de la maison pour ses balades quotidiennes. Linge de lit, serviettes, machine à laver, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, machine à café et climatisation sont à disposition... de même que des produits de nettoyage. Pour ceux qui souhaiteraient louer hors de la période estivale, il y a également beaucoup de plats pour le four ainsi qu'une fondue, un appareil raclette... que nous n'avons pas utilisé au vu de la chaleur ! Le propriétaire est aimable, serviable, à l'écoute de ses locataires et très réactif. Seul point négatif du séjour : la conciergerie qui gère la logistique pour le propriétaire. - lits non faits à l'arrivée - serviettes manquantes qui ne sont données que le dimanche soir après appel et SMS dès le samedi soir - infos données lors de la remises des clefs non conformes aux attentes du propriétaire - manque de réactivité et de transmission d'infos au sein de la conciergerie... Bilan : Une très bonne adresse pour passer de belles vacances !

Villa superbe, très bien équipée, rien ne manquait. Nous avons profité de la piscine et les visites de l'île d'Aix et de l'île Madame valent le détour. L'accueil était parfait et nous recommandons cette villa. Merci au propriétaire. Nous adorons la Charente. A une prochaine fois...

La propriété est superbe, maison avec tous les équipements, très propre, grand jardin parfaitement clos au calme idéale pour nos chiens de taille moyenne, avec très grande piscine sécurisée Idéalement située proche du centre, à 5 mn à pied d’une boulangerie et 10 mn à pied du bord de mer Beaucoup de lieux à visiter dans la région, nous n’avons passé qu’une semaine en famille avec nos parents Et nous n’avons qu’un souhait y retourner Merci beaucoup pour cette belle découverte
