Wooden house near Arcachon

This typical wooden "hut" is located on the 2nd line of the traditional port of La Teste de Buch in an old oyster-farming district, on the edge of a small canal.

Built in the spirit of the "Tchanquées" cabins, the house designed on stilts offers you all the comfort to spend delicious moments with family or friends.

The "salted meadows" nature reserve located a few minutes walk away will offer you beautiful nature walks while Arcachon, accessible in a few minutes, promises you beautiful days at the beach or shopping. The ocean beaches are accessible by car in 20 minutes, Mouleau beach in 10 minutes or 15 minutes by bike via the cycle paths. The city center of La Teste is 10 minutes away. The small essential shops are at the end of the street.

The house with swimming pool is equipped for holidays with plancha, deckchairs, ping pong table, outdoor darts, internet. 4 bikes are loaned free of charge. Cot and high chair available.

The house is on 3 levels. Unfortunately, therefore, we cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 summer kitchen on the ground floor near the swimming pool.

On the ground floor :
A large bright hall welcomes you. Equipped with a summer kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, it opens onto a large terrace and a fully enclosed and private garden.
The covered part has a summer lounge and can accommodate up to 10 people around a large table.
The 8x4m swimming pool is equipped with an alarm. Access to the surroundings may be restricted for the safety of young children.
At the bottom of the garden, a gate opens onto the small canal, a natural wonder where families of ducks snort to the rhythm of the tides.

First floor :
• Bedroom with pool view: 140cm bed with cupboards
• Bedroom facing the street with 2 single beds 90cm
• 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and toilet

On the 2nd floor:
• Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a "La Cornue" stove
• Living room with TV, internet
• Large terrace overlooking the canal, the swimming pool, and equipped with a coffee table and 4 chairs

• Bedroom facing the street: 140 cm bed with 2 wardrobes
• 3 huge closets, “beach cabins” look in the hallway
• 1 bathroom with large Italian shower and bathtub
• 1 WC
• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Possibility to park 2 cars in the closed enclosure.

Rules of procedure:
-the accommodation is non-smoking
-Pets are not allowed
-The neighborhood is inhabited year round, respecting its tranquility is one of our priorities.
Parties and parties are not allowed.
A noise detector is installed in the house in order to maintain good relations with our neighbors. The sounds emitted are not recorded but simply measure the sound level. The privacy of our travelers is thus preserved.
