Unit B29 at Sam’s Beachcomber Resort has a beautiful look of Lake Havasu mountains, beautiful partial lake view with access to the Beachcomber private launch ramp.
Enjoy a private home with beauty all around you. Admire the gorgeous lake, mountains and desert sunshine while starting your morning off with a cup of coffee on the covered huge patio deck. This one bedroom one bath is located at the Sam’s Beachcombers Resort on the island of Lake Havasu. This home sleeps a family of 4-5 including WiFi/Firestick (Hula, Disney +) for your stay. The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed and dresser with a television. The living room is furnished with a pull out sofa bed television and kitchen table. There is also a crib ready for your family to get cozy here at our family home. There is plenty of storage for you to enjoy and relax while on your vacation. The kitchen is full of all the essentials for you to make all the delicious meals for you and your family and friends. The oversized patio deck is furnished with lights, table and chairs, a swing as well as a bbq for you to enjoy your stay. Sam’s beachcomber Resort is gated with 24 hour security, a community swimming pool and spa, a gym as well as a clubhouse with lots of community activities, horse shoes, a private beach, a private boat launch, community washer and dryer and so much more.

Home away from home

Kristin's place felt like I was at my own house in Havasu. She doesn't skip a beat! The place is adorable, fully stocked with anything you need plus whatever you may have forgotten. It's super clean, comfortable and a perfect location. This will be our first choice rental on our future trips to Havasu. Thanks, Kristin!!

Great getaway

Our stay here was great. The property was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities. The outdoor deck was great for relaxing and eating outdoors. The AC worked great and was such a nice relief after the 116 degree weather outside. Close to the lake and a great cove to hang out in.

Perfect place to vacation!

We spent 4 days at the Nadler Lake House! The house was upgraded and very clean! The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you need. The large patio was awesome to relax on. Kristin was great to work with and very fast to respond! We will for sure be coming back here again! Beautiful house, beautiful location!

Hello. My name is Kristin and my husband and 2 beautiful daughters have been coming out to Lake Havasu since they were babies. With all the river trips we decided to build some more memories at the Sams Beachcomber and get our own place. Although it was a beauty when we bought it we decided to remodel!! We put so much time love and hard work into it by doing it all ourselves. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Bringing in Boats and Skis!!!

At the Sams Beachcomber we have our own private launch ramp which has no additional
charge to use.


If you are bringing in a boat or watercraft you will need to provide registration and insurance to the main office of the resort. The watercraft will need to be registered to whomever is on the lease agreement. if you plan to leave your watercraft in a boat slip it will be $10 per day and paid to the guard gate upon arrival. Boats under 24 feet can be in a slip at the Sams Beachcomber Resort.
