Welcome to The Lakeside Lounge — Your Waterfront Getaway in Lake Havasu

Our freshly remodeled home sits right on the water in a semi-private cove of Lake Havasu, offering the perfect balance of serenity and convenience. With two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a pull-out sofa, the home comfortably sleeps up to six adults. The master suite features a private en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.

Spend your days boating, swimming, or lounging by the lake — you can beach your boat in the cove during the day, and overnight slips are available nearby through the resort. After a day on the water, come home to a fully stocked kitchen, crisp clean linens, and a cozy living space designed for relaxation.

Step outside to the covered deck, where you'll find a BBQ grill and a refreshing mister system to keep you cool on warm desert evenings. This is a comfortable and thoughtfully equipped vacation rental — perfect for couples, families, or small groups.

Located within Sam’s Beachcomber Resort on the southern tip of the island, you’ll be connected to the mainland by the iconic London Bridge. Whether you're here to join the action or escape the crowds, our location offers the best of both worlds — just around the corner from the party, but peacefully tucked away when you're ready to unwind.

What a beautiful spot and best beach spot in the resort.The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom is a must for a family on the water all day. The only negative lots of bugs but that’s expected being right on the water and they don’t bite. Also the policy for checking in is lengthy and unnecessary they also say you can not have rental boats on the property which is unheard of.

This is a great property that has direct access to the lake which is very rare in Havasu. Communication was fantastic throughout our stay. Safe community that is well taken care of. A few slight issues with water shut offs but not something that would deter us from coming back again.

The cove was the biggest draw for this rental. Sadly, since November the cove has been polluted with blue green algae, toxic and potentially fatal to dogs, of which we had two along. We were never informed and might have changed our booking had we known. Additionally, we lost the use of water in the rental for parts of two days, for which the owner can take no blame, but we were completely in the dark about this. There are a few other minor complaints: TV remotes and thermostat could have used more instruction. We never did get TV in MBR to work. And the passage in the side yard was a public through way. Finally, it was never clear to me that we’d be in a double wide resort with properties abutting so closely to one another. I was astounded when we arrived. Thank goodness we were mostly alone in the cove for our stay.The lake is beautiful and the surrounding country as well, but we’ll not stay again at Sam’s Beachfront Resort.

This is definitely the best place at Sams Beachcomber’s…..you’re able to beach your boat or sea doos right in front your place. The views are incredible, the place is clean and well stocked. We will definitely be going back there.

Beautiful Havasu!

We had a wonderful long weekend on the Island at Lake Havasu. Morgan's home away from home was exactly what we were looking for and right on the water...Everything we needed under one roof...Lots of lazing around in the lake, paddle boarding, gazing out across the water from the deck, and early morning hikes around the walking loop...We were close to everything too! A perfect stay! We would love to return someday soon! Thank you!!!

The view will take your breath away!

I had such a wonderful stay here, for a whole month. Seeing the sunrise and sunset were just spectacular. A friend I made there who lived just across the way a few doors down loved to come to my deck but even though we were on the same cove as she said my view was so much better. The host was absolutely impeccable about communication and was very welcoming. She wanted to make sure my stay was comfortable, and it was, very! I did not have a car with me and there was absolutely no problem getting groceries delivered, and the laundry is just doors away. Thank you so much for letting me stay in your home. It was blissful and I was sad to leave!

Wonderful location in Havasu. With its own private stairs and beach access. Private boat launch. Marina slips available. Per friendly. On site security. Limited access. We had 5 adult size people and the dog. We were all comfortable. Air conditioning rocks at 115 degrees. Neighbors friendly. Good times.

What a view!

Really enjoyed this home, and for many reasons! #1 the view is fantastic and access to the water and beach excellent with our own stairway. Beaching our boat in the cove and walking right up to our home couldn't be any easier than with this location. Other things we really appreciated: Nice, clean décor, large living room with a couch (pull out) big enough to fit all of us, two bathrooms, a non-stick skillet that was large enough to scramble eggs for a large family, knives that weren't dull and spare toothbrush because you know, someone always forgets one! I appreciate the little touches as well as the many great things that made the stay here very comfortable. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Quaint quiet lakefront location

This is a small trailer located on the water. I would say it is more suitable for 4 adults, as the unit is very small. Also, this unit is located in a gated trailer park community. The gate guard requires a HARD copy of insurance for your watercraft (even though it's not a law to carry watercraft insurance). This info should be listed prior to renting on VRBO as it could complicate things for a future renter. In our case, we were delayed gate entry in 110degree heat for over an hour. It's a very unique location more suitable for 2 couples who want a quiet getaway.

Great location with beach access

Overall we all enjoyed our stay here! The location is great, with access to the water right outside the door, which is something that seems really hard to find in Havasu. The house was as advertised. Beds were comfortable and the living space was bigger than I expected. The few issues we had were that the guards at the gate were less than pleasant (that’s being nice, but not homeowners fault), there were multiple spider webs and spiders in the house that we had to clean when we first got there, and there is no mesh or fencing under the railing on the patio. My dog ended up falling off the patio, which was somewhat of a drop. She’s fine, but it caused a scare. Again, not the homeowners responsibility, but figured I’d mention it for possible renters. Outside of those three things, the stay was perfect and the homeowner was responsive and great to work with!

Lakefront mobile home

This is a very small mobile home but the location of being steps from the lake is what you're paying for. It's more like camping so if you're looking for luxury, this is not the house for you. The mobile is very dated, but clean. The deck is nice and has a mister system that partially works. The deck could use some lighting. A set of string lights could easily do the trick as it is very dim. We list power not once but twice! Two days in a row. Many mobiles in the park have generators, this one does not. So we were literally in the dark, no ac and temperatures in excess of 125 degrees. The first day the power was out for 8 hours. The home was 99degrees inside which made it impossible to do anything. So we sent our kids and dog to a friend's house. I was told by the owner the entire island was out. That was untrue. Our friends house is directly across the street from Beachcomber and luckily they had power, so that offered a little relief. The next night while I was cooking dinner, the power went out again. It was only out on half the park. The security said that another transformer blew and it should only be an hour. It was more like 2.5hours but at least it wasn't 8 hours. Unfortunately due to the 2 outages I had to dispose of some perishables. As much as I realize this wasn't the fault of the owner, the lack of their willingness to compensate us for the obvious uncomfort is their downfall.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location — and space!

We needed a true two-bedroom spot, and this one checked every box. With room for our daughter, son-in-law, young granddaughters, and even both of our dogs (one small, one large), we can all stay together comfortably — and still enjoy the unbeatable waterfront view.

One of our favorite things? No packing everyone (and everything) into the car just to get to the boat. It’s just steps from the deck, so we can load up right from the shoreline and hit the water with ease.

What makes this property unique

This is a rare setup where you can beach your boat right in the cove during the day — just steps from your door — making it easy to load up, keep an eye on it, and get out on the water with minimal hassle.

For overnight mooring, boat slips are available through the resort for a small fee. Please note that slips have a maximum boat length of 26 feet. If you need special accommodations we are right next to Lake Havasu Marina also.
