The Head Study Rey Don Pedro is located on the ground floor of a beautiful Seville house has been recently restored and renovated, located in the historic city center in the famous district of Alfalfa. The studio is bright and quiet, as the building is located on a street with little traffic. It has a living-dining area with exterior window, sofa bed for 1-2 people, open kitchen to living room fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, and all kitchen utensils. The seating area has a double bed and wardrobe. The apartment comes complete with a modern bathroom with sink and large shower plate. Highlighting the apartment also has internet connection at no extra charge.

Very kind owner, communication went perfect! The appartment is fine for max. 2 persons and has everything you need to stay comfortabely. It could use some updates in the near future though. Centrally located near supermarkets, nice restaurants and bars and close to the city center (the Cathedral of Seville is a 9 minute walk and La Casa de Pilatos a 3 minute walk for example).

Studio très bien pour 2 personnes. Il est assez grand. Le bémol concerne le sommier. Nous avons mis le matelas par terre, c'était plus confortable. Appartement qui a dû être rénové dernièrement, très propre et salle de bain parfaite. La plaza Alfalfa est très agréable et la cathédrale est à 10 mn à pieds. Le trajet pour y aller est très agréable.Pensez aux boules quies pour la nuit (enfin pour ceux qui souhaitent dormir !..)
