Apartment with 2-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private terrace and free parking. It is centrally located on San Vicente street, near the Fine Arts Museum, and just a short walk from the main monuments and sights. Suitable for up to 4 guests.
The apartment is distributed over two floors. On the lower level is the living area with 3 large windows facing the street. Furnishes include 2 sofas, coffee table and a dining table with chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection, TV and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The kitchen is completely independent and well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. Oven, dishwasher and washing-machine included.
There is a small bathroom with a walk-in shower by the staircase.
On the upper level are the 2 bedrooms, the second bathroom and the terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed (135x200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Both rooms are calm and quiet to sleep, with windows facing the courtyard of the house.
Next to the bedrooms is the second bathroom also with a shower.
For most of the year, the terrace is the place to be. It is furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs, canopy and plants. An ideal place to prepare a meal or breakfast outside, sunbathing and relaxing.
The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a residential building, with elevator.
Free private parking garage is available. Height 2.00m, length 4.60m, width 1.80m. Important: parking space extremely narrow, suitable for SMALL vehicles only. If your car exceeds the parking space, you can use the public parking Plaza de la Concordia.

Kitchen and bathrooms were excellent. Neighborhood was very safe. Tapas, bakeries, and grocery shops nearby. Authentic local neighborhood which is not over run by tourists.
Nice apartment in a good location. Only issue was slow drains in showers which resulted in bathroom floor flooding.

Only problem were ants in the kitchen. It must be an ongoing problem, as there were ant traps and insecticide available under the sink.There was only one tea towel to dry dishes, need more.
The property was as advertised in a great neighborhood; even our guide to the Alhambra said he lived there once. We had a maintenance issue that was resolved promptly. Since it is a family neighborhood, people have pet dogs which might disturb your sleep. Ear plugs solved that issue. Would stay there again!

Everything about staying in this apartment went well. Manuel met us at nearly 10pm due to our train schedule, and he showed us not only the apartment, but where to get groceries then as well. We were able to park in the underground garage, having rented a car that was small but adequate for four adults and two suitcases. Manuel sent suggestions for restaurants and there is a friendly neighborhood bar/eatery just outside the residence. The building is secure and well kept and neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed for our stay was provided.
We were two couples of retirement age, so just a note to be aware that the stairs to the bedrooms are somewhat steep for those with mobility issues. Also the plants on the patio apparently suffered from the dry summer.
The location in San Vincente is somewhat removed from the more touristy areas of the city, but they are easily reachable by taxi, or walking 20+ minutes.

We were met at the apartment by one of the company’s employees who showed us to the apartment and gave us a thorough tour. Apartment is very large by European standards. Nice living living room-dining room and large kitchen. You’ll need to use the French press if you want coffee, so remember to let it steep 4 minutes before pressing.
Two full baths were a luxury! Bed in main bedroom is a double only so my wife graciously let me have that while she took one of the singles in the second bedroom.
Apartment was very clean and washer worked well (instructions in living room).
Location was nice and quiet. 15 minute walk to cathedral and city center.

Appartement conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Attention pour le parking, il est peu adapté pour les grosses voitures.

This was a nice property - clean and accessible. For those who like walking, this was accessible to all of the places we went. The AC wasn't working in one bedroom the first night but the response the next morning was prompt and it was fixed by the time we returned later that afternoon.
My wife and I spent a month in Sevilla at this property and had few complaints. The location was perfect for walking around the city center and over to Triana. When we did need to leave in our car for a day or two the garage was a test (pay attention to the car dimensions listed, it is tight in there!) but once in/out it was easy to get out of the city center and on to the freeway and vice versa. The apartment itself was spacious and well stocked with a great patio. My one comment would be the apartment was a bit dusty when we arrived but I think that may have had to do with not having had a guest in a while because of COVID and there was cleaning supplies on site so we just sorted it out ourselves. Would definitely recommend this place.
It was very hot in Seville when we were there so the air conditioning in the bedrooms was wonderful! We loved the whole apartment. It was very nicely furnished, had everything we needed and we loved the neighbourhood.
