We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the unit, but we need to address the situation you mentioned, as it has been misrepresented. After your checkout, we sent you a photo of a pack and play left behind, asking if it belonged to you. You confirmed that it did. However, instead of properly verifying, you sent someone to pick it up. Once it was collected, you then claimed it was not yours—contradicting your earlier confirmation. At that point, our team simply asked that the item be returned, since it had already been removed from the property based on your confirmation. Instead of cooperating, you spoke disrespectfully to our reservations staff and stated that you would discard the item, placing responsibility on us for a situation that resulted directly from your own actions. We stand by our team’s handling of this matter. The issue did not originate from our side, and it is not acceptable to treat staff in that manner or refuse accountability after confirming ownership of an item. For that reason, we would not host you again.
