25 m2 chalet + screened terrace, private spa, garden, shared pool

Wooden chalet of 25 m2 and covered terrace, protected by mosquito nets.<br>Private spa from 10am to 9pm in a tent with mosquito net next to the terrace. <br>Closed car park, gate, quiet area 500 m from the city centre, sea and Gorges du Verdon 40 km.<br>This chalet can accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers/children.<br>PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING BECAUSE LOCATION ON SEVERAL SITES;<br>Air conditioning.<br>Equipped kitchen: gas hob, microwave oven, senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, vegetable grater.... Basic foods for cooking: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, etc.<br>Living room: BZ 2 pers<br>Bedroom: 140x200 bed<br>Shower room/WC, Shower<br>Sheets and shower towels provided. Shower soap as well.<br>Wooden terrace 12 m2 closed by mosquito nets, garden, parking<br>Access to the pool from 10am to 6pm (May/Sept), shared with the owners<br>Plancha on request. Outdoor oven.<br>Play area with table football, darts.<br>Wifi<br>Presence of 1 cat<br>Pets are not allowed unless there are quiet mosquito nets placed on the terrace.<br>Cleaning fee: 20 euros per stay beyond 2 nights spent or cleaning done by the tenants at the end of the stay.<br>Swimming pool accessible from June to September.<br>Aquabike bike on request.<br>Board games available.<br>Possibility to rent bicycles.<br>Gym on reservation by the day: 10 euros/day.

Cagdas et sa famille sont très sympathiques et discrets. Ils sont respectueux des lieux. Les enfants sont très sages. Le chalet a été rendu très propre. Je les recommande.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, sehr aufgeschlossen und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie fragt nach ob alles ok ist und ob man noch was braucht. Besonders bei Kindern gibt Sie sich Mühe, damit diese zufrieden sind. Einfach nur Top.
