Villa completely renovated in 2022 to give it exceptional luminosity and to be able to enjoy the view to the fullest.... Villa not suitable for small children (-8 years old)
Located above the district of Tosalet, in Costa Nova panorama, it offers a panoramic view of the bay of Javea and hinterland. private pool, proximity to beaches... lounge décor... bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.. large terrace and garden.. 250 m2 of living space, including 70m2 of terrace including 2 nayas on a wooded plot of 12 ares. Very quiet area, street without traffic, Granadella Natural Park at the end of the street. The town is distributed over 2 floors; on the first floor, you will find a living room (open fire) dining room, new fully equipped kitchen, office, master suite with airco garden and pool view, en-suite bathroom.
On the floor below, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have built-in wardrobes. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Room with washing machine.

Thank you very much Alistair. You wrote to me that you pushed too fast on the send button, so I enclose hereafter the message you sent to me afterwards : I left a rather short review of our stay. I didn't mean to, I intended to give a much longer review but I pressed the wrong but and I can't change it now. I was going to elaborate on why we enjoyed our stay and how lovely the villa is. having booked villas over the past twenty years, we all agreed that it's one of the best places we've stayed. we'd definitely consider booking again. thanks, Thanks again Alistair !

Amazing

We really enjoyed staying in this warm and beautiful house with the most amazing views. The house has everything you need and is nicely decorated. Location is perfect and central for exploring the region. Communication with owners was very smooth and quick.

the villa was a great size as expected with fantastic views across Javea. It was very clean, though the outside areas hadn’t been swept in sometime & we had to clean both the inside & outside of the barbq before we could use it & the barbq utensils were missing. The kitchen was well equipped - the main oven was a bit hit & miss as to whether it would work - a wiring issue I think. The pool had several tiles missing from the second to bottom step but the pool itself was clean (needs new pool net to get leaves etc out) Unfortunately the garden lights didn’t work & several switches inside didn’t appear to either - I don’t feel the eletrics were updated when it was renovated. The upstairs of the villa is lovely & the decor is great. Great views out of all the big windows & comfortable furniture etc, though the bed in the main bedroom upstairs is rather hard! The downstairs rooms weren’t as high a standard but decor was still lovely. The yellow & white bathroom wasn’t great & that bedroom smelt musty/damp due to the age of that bathroom.All in all, a lovely spacious villa that with some tweaks (I think that was down more to the managing agent not being as meticulous as they should be) could be described as “Fully renovated”The views are incredible, the area quiet, location not too far from all amenities (you will need a car) & we would return :)

Fantastic

The house was fantastic. Better and more beatiful than the pictures. The host responded to questions directly and we could stay a half day longer without problems. Our warmest recomendations. We had the best time!!!!

Rustic charm with a gorgeous view

This villa gave us everything we needed for a much-needed break from reality - rustic charm, but well appointed with each bedroom having an en suite and nicely decorated throughout. The kitchen was well equipped & we made use of the easy-to-use barbecue situated on a small terrace off the kitchen. But for us, the outside space really made our holiday. Plentiful seating on the terraces and a good size dining table which would accommodate eight (there were six adults in our party) around which we played games some evenings whilst enjoying the twinkling lights of Javea laid out before us beyond the tops of the pine trees which gave the villa a secluded feel. And we loved the swallows swooping over the table into their nest in the evening - a privilege to behold. The pool is not huge but I just did a few more lengths of it to get my daily exercise and although there is table tennis we gave it a miss as it was a little too hot to play in August. The hosts were very quick in responding and clear in their information pack. All in all, it felt like home from home and we would definitely consider a revisit. Julia & family

Très belle villa avec vue

Très belle villa sur les hauteurs de javea. Joiiment rénovée. Beaux extérieurs. Allez y pour la vue à couper le souffle. Les photos ne peuvent pas rendre la beauté de ce qu’on voit de la terrasse. 3 très belles chambres avec leur sdb, la dernière n’est pas rénovée mais a sa sdd aussi..Piscine très agréable et bien entretenue. Bref, un très bon séjour pour toute ma famille.

Un week-end de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Lechuza. La maison est décorée avec goût, et offre une vue superbe sur le montgo et la mer. La maison dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un week-end / semaine confortable entre amis ou famille. Je recommande sans hésiter!
