You will LOVE this house, especially if you love outdoor living when you come back from the beach. Commercial ice machine for your coolers, This home offers privacy, awesome outdoor living on three different levels overlooking lots of nature on Magnolia Lake Canal. Lots of decks , wonderful extra tv living space for kids upstairs, two master bedrooms, bunk room and of course 4th bedroom. Only a 3 minute golf car ride to the beach! Definitely worth it!! People tell us that the house 'feels good". Limo cart available to rent for less than Ocean Lakes charges for their 4 seaters. We own 2 properties in Ocean Lakes and we recently moved to Surfside Beach so we are are close by. We have been married 40 years, have 3 wonderful children and 7 amazing grandchildren. We love outdoor fun and water. We bought in Ocean Lakes because of the wonderful family atmosphere. Our goal is to provide a wonderful place for you and your family to create wonderful memories!! Wow......because it is beautiful and although it is not looking at the ocean, the setting is so private, peaceful and fun after a long day on the beach that we fell in love with it!! As far as we are concerned, ALL our houses are close to the beach because they are only a brief golf cart ride away.
