Very clean and short walk to the beach

Great Family Vacation Spot

Perfect Accommodations at Ocean Lakes

Our stay at the Simmons’ beach house was excellent. The house was beautiful and so clean. Patricia, the homeowner, made the registration process and check in seamless. She was so easy to communicate with for the few questions that came up. We will definitely stay at this house again.

Stayed here multiple times!

My family has stayed here at least three years. The house is a knock-out and that's mostly because the owners care about the home and keep it nice. If they didn't, it would not be nice for us when we come. The owner is a kind person who is very reasonable to deal with and I am thankful for how easy they were to deal with. The decor is wonderful and the parking great.

Amazing property!!!

The house is spotless! This was very important to me having a little one and wanting to make sure we are in a clean place. The house is well kept and is in a quiet area of Ocean Lakes. Owners were super quick to respond to questions. When we return to Ocean Lakes in 2 years, i hope this property is available because it is definitely my favorite!!!

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful and very clean home. The only thing I would say was a little surprise was the bunk bed room was the size of a closet, with no where to hang or put clothes away. But I wouldn't say that was a deterrent because the covered deck is amazing!!!! And we had an awesome vacation.

Really nice week!

Pros: house was immaculate/very clean upon arrival. Very well maintained property with everything we could possibly need. LOTS of helpful notes everywhere. Owner was immediately available when we lost power due to a storm. Great location. Cons: surprised that the outside shower was not enclosed and there was no downstairs seating.

Awesome House!!!!

Great location, very clean, quality home and so much fun. Home was full stocked with everything needed like coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans and bbq. Home is located in Oceanlakes Family Campground. So much to do like the beach, arcade, several pools, lazy river and splash park that there’s no need to leave the community. Home owners were helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend!!!!

Meticulously cleaned and maintained

The first impression walking into this home was how clean it was. Wall fixtures, furniture, decor was all very nice. There were notes from the owner to "guide" you through their wishes for the property. I honestly don't think I minded their guidance with such a valuable investment. Worth the stay for sure.
