Retro Retreat - MCM Close to Everything

Cool mid century vibe in a great Intown location with lots of privacy. Added bonus of having Stranger Things Hawkins Lab in the back yard.

960s mid-century modern house with many original details, including original wood paneling and baby blue bathroom mixed with modern features.

Household Entertainment:
You get to pick! Go retro with the vinyl on the record player or modern with the Sonos speakers and SmartTVs to keep you entertained.

Main Level Spaces

Master Bedroom: features large windows with lots of light. It has king sized bed and 40” smart TV. Closet has front load washer and dryer.

Guest Room Two: features original large windows on top with 1960s jalousie windows on the bottom. It has a twin daybed with a 32” Flatscreen with an Amazon firestick.

Guest Bathroom One: original 1960 vibe with full shower/bathtub and blue tile/ sink. Tons of built in storage space.

Dining room: mid century table with Formica top and vintage metal legs. Comfortably fits six people.

Living Room: Comfortable couch with two side chairs and a glass coffee table surround the original fireplace.

Lower Level

Just down the original stairs, you will find privacy in the Lower Level guest room and bath.

Guest Bedroom Three: newly renovated room with lots of natural light. It has a queen bed and a 32” smart tv.
