Agence Cocoonr offers you the Ker Paul apartment, the ideal pied-à-terre for enjoying the sea and the magnificent walks in the Bay of Erquy. The 95 m² apartment, located on the first floor of a one-storey house, comprises a living room with fireplace and double exposure to the sea and garden, an open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with sea views) and a shower room.
