Hemingway - Le 31bis - Apt avec charme de l'ancien

Cocoonr offers this beautiful 82 m² flat for rent in Rennes, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the second floor (no lift) and fully renovated on the foundations of a historic building, this beautiful flat has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The flat is made up as follows:
- A living room with a sofa bed, dining area and flat-screen TV
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Two bathrooms, each with a large walk-in shower, Dekton vanity unit and washbasin, illuminated mirror with various functions and heated towel rail. The two WCs are separate.

The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- The Lices market, which takes place every Saturday
- Walks: Parc du Thabor, Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin

Transport :
- Located 300 m from Sainte-Anne metro station and 200 m from the Chezy Dinan car park with a pedestrian exit opposite the building.
-Bus routes are also available within a few minutes' walk of the building.

Other remarks:
- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The double-glazed windows and the acoustic and thermal quality of the insulation during the renovation will make your stay from a few days to several months very comfortable.

Lieu très calme qui a permis des retrouvailles familiales très agréables en cette fin d'année. Très grande proximité avec le centre de ville de Rennes ; tout est accessible à pied. L'agence Cocoon s'est très bien adaptée à notre horaire d'arrivée. Procédure de départ simplifiée avec remise des clés dans une boîte à clés. A noter que même si l'appartement est bien équipé, la vaisselle (les assiettes particulièrement) mériterait un reassort. L'appartement est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, cela peut être gênant pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. Pas de parking privé mais possibilité de prendre une carte abonnement pour une semaine (30€) au parking Chezy Dinan situé à 150m,ce qui est très pratique. Nous recommandons cette adresse de charme en plein cœur de Rennes et nous n'hésiterons pas à nous adresser à nouveau à l'agence Cocoon."
