This gîte, classified as 3 "épis" by Gîtes de France and 3 stars for tourist accommodations, awaits you for a peaceful countryside vacation. It is located near the Loire Valley castles and the Beauval Zoo. You will be staying between Berry and Sologne, a region rich in history, vineyards, and ponds. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling.

In this comfortable 120 m² gîte, you will stay in an independent house, converted from an old farm building, in the heart of a small, peaceful hamlet. The property features a fenced, tree-lined garden of 600 m², a terrace, garden furniture, a fixed barbecue, a swing set, and both indoor and outdoor games.

Ground floor: spacious living room (with connected TV, Hi-Fi system), an anteroom with a sofa bed (for 2 people), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers...), a bathroom with an Italian shower, and separate WC.

First floor: 1 large bedroom (1 bed of 160 cm and 1 additional 80 cm bed). The house is heated with electric heating and a wood stove.

Additional services: baby cot and high chair available upon request, bicycles available upon request. The price includes bed linen, towels, and sheets.

High-speed Wi-Fi access (Fiber optic) is available. Pets are welcome if they are respectful of the owners' pets.
