The overall property was nice but not really clean as it should have been. There was dust under the furniture. The pool area also had dirt under the pool furniture. And the coffee pot didn’t work properly. It overflowed the filter cup because the drain didn’t seat properly. Was able to can’t the pot slightly to get it to flow properly.

Great place to stay, wonderful location. A couple items that could use some work that we told the host about. Was a great place for 3-4 people. Nice to have a washer and dryer in unit

Loved being on the 1st floor!

We had a great stay! We really enjoyed being on the 1st floor. The only reason I did not give an excellent score is because there were places that needed to be cleaned. Under the tv stand and by the side of the couch where the standing lamp was there was dirt and dead bugs. We would still stay here again, that's the only negative!

The condo was very nice! The unit was clean, the beds were very comfy, and it was great to be so close to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice family place

This was a good place for a family weekend stay, plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 toddler. Well equipped with beach chairs and towels, comfortable beds, nice uncluttered and updated decor.

Great Beachside location

Well kept, neat and clean apartment. Nicely equipped and modern kitchen for those who like to cook (as we do). Very comfortable bed in the primary bedroom (so important). We really enjoyed our stay.

Great time at the beach

My husband daughter & I had a great time at Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. The Ketch Courtyard was in a great location. The condo was very clean and close to everything. Great restaurant's and shopping as well as right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place and wonderful management team!

Relaxing getaway

Everything we needed for a nice, relaxing vacation. We loved the easy access to the restaurant across the street (ate there 3 times!). The kitchen could have been stocked a bit more but we had everything that we needed. Overall a fantastic location/experience and we will be back!

Perfect for car show

The condo was well equipped, clean and in a perfect location for the car show. Management was super responsive throughout the process. Check in was a breeze. Hope to stay there again!

We had a wonderful trip and loved this property! We will definitely book here again!

Everything was perfect! There were even bunnies in the grass which was great for my kids. My only complaint was the lack of overhead lighting and ceiling fans but that was a minor inconvenience.
