This lovely Gulf-front condominium has a light casual Floridian feel and a wonderful view of courtyard by the pool with the Gulf of Mexico just beyond. The patio offers the perfect place to relax and take in the views or monitor the kids at the pool. Both the main bedroom and the living area have a French door out to the patio. This unit has a full size kitchen, with every appliance and amenity one would have in their own home. The living area offers a dining table for six, a comfortable sofa, a loveseat, and upscale tile. You will have all the comforts of home with two TVs, Two DVD players, and a CD stereo system. Make your next fabulous beach getaway at Huntington by the Sea, #103.

Beach service is included from May to October.
*There will be on going exterior restoration at the neighboring condo building until August 2025. Guests may experience an excess of noise during working hours.*

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Guest services and Condo is Phenomenal!!

We arrived late to the property so I messaged guest services to let them know. They were so very understanding and phenomenal in their accommodations. Moreover, they offered numerous opportunities for anything we may have needed and messaged just to check on how we were doing. Truly blessed by the location and the services!

Good overall

This is our second year staying at Huntington by the Sea and we loved the first experience so much that we decided to return. However, apt. 103 was not as great as our first stay. Towels did not appear fresy washed. Linen / bedding was not the greatest quality, the kitchen needed a potato peeler, the bathrooms needed updating - bathtubs were scratched and so was a toilet seat. While these are not show stoppers, the owners could invest a little in quality cotton bedding, new rugs and some bathroom updates. Highly recommend hand held shower as most women need it and it comes in handy with kids too.

Great location

Huntington by The Sea is convenient to groceries, restaurants and anything you need especially the beach! Having a pool and on the beach makes HBTS a great location!

Really good spot!

Not the best

Where do I start..called first day on saturday to fix a few items and sent pictures. They left voice message on Thursday that someone was coming to fix the items..showed up while one person was in the shower so couldn't fix the main 3 issues. Never came back. The bed sheets are way to small for all beds and kept coming off. There were not many glasses, spoons or forks to use without washing them daily. Forget about using one of the frying pans they were in horrible shape. No hangers in the closets at all. We purchased our own and left for the next guest. Twin beds were noisy so every time you moved it was squeaky. Toilet seat in master bedroom is not secure. The frig was freezing everything even after turning down the temp. I would say the only good thing about the place was the location. Wish I could say there were more good things than bad but can't. We have stayed at Huntington by the Sea in other units with really no issues. Would not recommend thus unit.

Nice place normally

We had a short stay this time, and the condo was very clean and comfy. The view from the first floor is not very good, you can only see green space and the pool. Cannot really see the ocean. The condo was "under construction" for renovations and starting at 8AM thru 5PM it was constant drilling and pounding!! So you couldnt even enjoy sitting by the pool or on the patio. Doubt we will ever book first floor again, and not here again while construction is ongoing.

This place is one of my family’s favorite getaways! Direct access to the pool and beach along with a space that is never crowded as you enjoy the ocean. It is within walking distance to restaurants, surf shops, etc.

Direct beach access

Loved the direct beach access and that beach is STUNNING. The 2 beach chairs were great!! Perfect location and restaurants near were perfect! Very spacious. The unit is really outdated and needs some help. I’d stay again for the beach and location but it could have been more clean and updated. We needed a washer and dryer in the unit. AC worked great.
