Brand New Construction-September 2020! With great indoor/outdoor space, this apartment is cozy and inviting. All rooms have great views and large windows! This apartment offers a place for your group to enjoy a perfect space all together. You'll love the high ceilings (14ft) in these apartments. But the best part of all is the view that awaits you from the balcony! PLUS, You will be sitting right on the 3rd base line to cheer on the University of Minnesota Gopher Men's Baseball Team!
Each apartment contains:
-all standard appliances: dishwasher/microwave/refrigerator/stove/oven

-kitchen staples: spices/sugar/pots/pans/dishes/coffee

**There is NO Smoking in the apartment OR on the balcony. NO SMOKING PERIOD! We WILL CLAIM the security deposit if there is smoking inside the apartment. **Also, if you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. We WILL have to CHARGE guests if the cigarettes are not disposed of properly, or if I have to pick up the cigarette butts from the outside of the property.
**Please Inform Emily if The Number of Guests Have Changed--There is an Extra charge for Guests After 4 people.

Greetings Guests!! • Check-in time is 3PM or later Unless otherwise discussed, check-in is 3PM or later and checkout is at 11 AM. Please contact Emily WITH YOUR ARRIVAL TIME, and she will make sure to meet you to give you keys AND A PARKING PASS.
We will be on-site to show you around at check-in. Emily could also send check-in instructions to your phone, if preferred.
**Please report any damages or issues with the apartment promptly.

Checkout is by 11 AM.
Before checking out:
Please leave all keys on the counter. **Additional fee of $25 for lost keys.
Please leave orange parking pass on the counter.
Take out the trash. Trash chutes are located at the end of the hall.
Please place all used towels in the provided baskets.
Please run dishwasher if they are any dirty dishes.
**Please report any damages or issues with the apartment promptly.

Emily is always available by text to help Guests out.

Graduation Weekend

The perfect spot for our family coming from different cities for our son's graduation from the U. Clean, comfortable space - well-equipped kitchen met ALL of our needs for a long weekend celebrating. 2 bathrooms and plenty of comfy beds worked well for five adults, with room for more. Fantastic location adjacent to campus. Would recommend.

Graduation Weekend 2021

A few families came to commemorate our daughter's graduation from Univ of MN...the commencement ceremonies were virtual, so it was very important for us to stream on TV. This property was PERFECT for this - exceeded our expectations! Emily (host/owner) went above and beyond to ensure everything met our needs! Highly recommend this property !!

Amazing location, great stay!

From start to finish, this rental was great. Emily was so communicative, offered suggestions for places nearby and made the check in process seamless. The property was secure, clean, quiet and the unit itself was great. Perfect location for walkimg distance to the college stadium. Evem watcjed some summer practices from the balcony. If in Minneapolis again in the summer, definitely would stay here again. Only regret, is we never made it up to the rooftop patio!!

Wonderful property and host!

We were a group of seven -- two families -- coming to the Twin Cities for a college visit for two high-schoolers and wanted to stay close to campus. Our stay was absolutely perfect! Emily is a wonderful host and highly communicative, and she sent us a long list of things to do and restaurants to try. The space was perfect for our families, too, and the bonus on Saturday night was watching a few baseball players take BP from our balcony. When we're back in the Twin Cities, we absolutely will be coming to stay with Emily again. Thank you!

Stayed with wife, son and his family (wife, 6 yr old, 3 yr old and 9 month old). The host was beyond expectations accommodating and responsive. The property was clean, had all of the kitchen needs (high quality too), bathrooms were well stocked with good products and extra needed products were available. I didn't know what to expect, but far exceeded my wishes. My only concern was it was listed as handicap excessible (which it was) except the one toilet was too low. Also, parking is limited for others to come and visit. Great location if the guests are in town for sporting events at the U of Minnesota.

-Guest have 24 hour access to an exercise rooms and FREE laundry.
-There are a couple of gas grills on site for guests to use.
-The building is secured with electronic access and CCTV in all common areas.
-FREE Parking.
-We have a great location. We are blocks from the U of MN campus and all it has to offer.
-Access to 2 rooftop patios with great views.

We are located in a quiet area, but yet minutes from the hustle and bustle. We are only a 5-15 minute walk to several things from sporting events to shopping, unique bars, & unique restaurants, & coffee shops. The campus is beautiful.

If you want to venture out on a bike or a run, we have several bike trails nearby.

-The Stone Arch Bridge (pedestrian & bike bridge over the Mississippi River)is a very popular spot that is short running/biking distance from us. St. Anthony Main is on one side of the river & Downtown Mpls is on the other. Great Riverwalks, Farmer's Markets, shops, restaurants, & sights are located on both sides of The River!

Feel Free to venture out just a little further on your run/bike, Downtown and NE Minneapolis are very close by and make Minneapolis unique!

-Minneapolis is the City of Lakes! Our loft is biking/driving distance to SEVERAL lakes. All of them are beautiful. Enjoy parks, beautiful scenery, swimming, fishing, and boating at our lakes!

-Our loft is located near Downtown St. Paul--under 15 minutes.

-The Mall of America is 15 minutes away--Easy car ride or Light Rail Ride. It offers great shopping, entertainment and restaurants FOR ALL.

-We are Close To All MN sports, Twins & Saints baseball (bus or car ride away), Vikings (bike/car/bus ride away), Wild (car/bus ride away), Timberwolves (car/bus ride away), and anything Gophers (1 minute - 10 minutes walking distance away--depending which sport)!
