Timber Run 113 is a spacious two-bedroom condo. The home features a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area with a large table. The living area has comfortable furnishings, vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. A sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. The condo has two TVs and free WiFi for your enjoyment.

Great condo

We were completely comfortable in this clean unit. Shuttle to the ski resort was fast and convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub and ski locker as bonuses.

Has potential, misses on details

The property is adequate and the location is fine. The included shuttle to the mountain is a great perk. The laundry room is dilapidated w/ no means of purchasing single use detergent, and none was provided. I would recommend bringing single use detergent packs or enough clothes to last your whole stay. You'll need quarters as well. The salt and pepper shakers were empty. There were no basics in the kitchen (i.e. vegetable oil, spices). There were no extra trash bags, and the included toilet paper was not enough for our stay. Additionally there is a device in the gear locker area that was emitting an annoying high pitched alarm. There was no one at the front desk to make aware of this situation and the person we reached via the number on the device was not helpful.

Not as advertised

I stayed here with my family for a ski trip in January 2025, which we take every year. I intentionally search for and book condos with a washer and dryer in the unit to minimize packing. I also prefer to wash smelly ski gear frequently. It’s nice to be able to throw a load I. The washer when we get don’t for the day, go out for our evening activities and then come back and throw the load in the dryer and have clean clothes the next morning. This condo had a washer and dryer listed under the amenities, which usually means that there is a washer and dryer in the unit. When we arrived, we discovered that “washer and “dryer” meant a coin-operated communal washer and dryer in each building. A series of events led me to walking half a mile to the Phoenix where a friend was staying to use their washer and dryer. O pawn 3 hours there instead of my usual routine which doesn’t take much time from my family. I requested some compensation for Vacasa and they refused citing that the listing does not specify the washer and dryer are private, but they sure did apologize for “inconvenience.” This experience was truly disappointing, extremely inconvenient, took time away from my family, and the response from Vacasa was even worse and I will never book a condo managed by them again.

Tom’s condo was fantastic! On the main level, easy to access, newly updated/renovated, & easy access to ski area. The pool and hot tubs were great. The beds were very comfortable also. We’ve stayed at other units in the same complex that were not updated and 113 was much nicer!!

Great place to stay for a vacation. The unit had everything we needed with a great location. Unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were good but a tad squeaky, which we didn't really notice since we were exhausted after a full day on the mountain. Great location in the complex, with no stairs into the condo.

Excellent comfort with king bed & bedding! Helpful staff with the few questions we had. Plenty warm with the fireplace. Very cozy! All the kitchen utensils etc we could need! Very clean! Very enjoyable stay!!!
