Old Florida charm, with a fresh feel. This cozy, single family oceanfront home sits beautifully on a white shell street that serves well for a morning or an evening stroll. With a spacious patio overlooking the ocean, it's the perfect spot to sip your coffee while enjoying the sunrise and listening to the waves crash on the shore. Perfect for hosting a BBQ for the family with a view for you, but hidden from beach goers by the dunes! The patio comes fully equipped with a picnic table, 4 adirondack chairs and lounge furniture. Keep cool in the shade while you test your grill skills on the south side patio where an additional table accommodates 6 and accesses doors to the living room and master bathroom.

The living space is located on the second story above the 2 car garage. The kitchen has just been remodeled and faces the dining room and ocean so you can make all your meals while holding conversation with a view. The living room has a bright comfy cozy feel with wood framed furniture, white cushions and colorful throw pillows. The bedrooms are clean and roomy. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the master bathroom has a toilet and shower with a door leading out to the south side patio. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and door connecting to the common bathroom, which has a toilet and shower/tub, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. As an additional bonus, there is a 4th sleeping space and bathroom accessible from the garage with a full futon and full bath. The perfect getaway

Our stay was wonderful, just what we needed. The patio is the perfect place to drink a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean.

Best beach house ever for family vacation.

We were extremely pleased with Heavenly Horizons. The location cannot be beat. The home itself was very well equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. We would definitely consider re-booking in the future.

Charming beach cottage

Beautiful view and comfortable stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at Heavenly Horizons. We adored our view and the privacy. The house was charming, comfortable and spacious. With small children, it was wonderful to have a flat yard and be so close to the gorgeous beach. We would love to return in the future.

Pleasant and Relaxing Stay

The house was clean, welcoming and nicely maintained with ample supply of beach towels, cookware and cutlery. We enjoyed the patio and awesome views. Kids enjoyed spotting two tortoises while on the deck and even gave them a name. The beach was nice and not crowded .

Lovely family vacation home!

The house is very roomy, the location is fantastic, the views of the beach/skyline at sunrise and sunset were spectacular, getting to see the resident gopher tortoise, dolphins in the water, and lots of different kinds of birds was wonderful, the beds, sofas, and dining table set are all top quality, the kitchen is big and well stocked (even with spices!). We enjoyed being so close to so many fun things to do and good places to eat and just hanging out on the back patio and walking the beach every day. We definitely recommend!

Amazing view! Easy access to beach. House fully equipped and ready to go. Easy check in and check out. Just minutes from all the best dinning and activities. Couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay again.

This place was perfect!!

Everything was spot on. Easy access. Love the old 1960s brick construction. We had a tortoise, massive grasshopper and black snake visit the patio. And we're blessed with a sea turtle nest created one morning when there. The walk to Chase's on the beach was just too perfect and easy. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great place. Well managed. Super responsive. I must say though, I think for the money they should provide trash bags and additional rolls of toilet paper. Minor gripe. Was an excellent trip and we are already working to schedule another visit to the same home.

Perfect week, in a perfect house! I have never rented a home without reviews and I took a chance on this one! It is better LIVE! Super chic and cool, amazing views, house is impeccably clean and organized! Sunrises, sunsets, bike rides on the beach, coffee and dinner on the outstanding patio! Thank you!!! We will be back!

Review

The house and location were perfect for the week. There was heavy condensation in the stairwell to the garage from the AC running day/night which created a fall hazard. Also, the refrigerator light was out, the TV did not work and the dryer wouldn't spin so the last day of laundry was unsuccessful. Other than the items mentioned above we had a great week and were very happy with the home.

Beautiful home. Stunning view. Great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. We've stayed at many beach houses over the years in New Smyrna Beach as my sister lives there and our 2 families meet up to spend a week together. This was our favorite. Lots of light and beautiful views. The house is very tastefully decorated . Loved the 2 separate patios (one for sunning, and one for relaxing in the shade after a long day in the Florida sun ☀️.) I loved almost everything about this beach house. The only reason I didnt give it an excellent rating is because some of the basic kitchen necessities were missing. For example , I made a large salad for family dinner and had to put it in a shallow casserole dish because there was no large bowl. Not even a mixing bowl. . I also needed a measuring cup for a recipe ( had to have my sister bring one), i needed a pen for a grocery list but there was not one to be found. We could have used 1 more box fan for the 3rd bedroom. The ceiling fan could only be turned on if the light was on because the pull chain was gone and we were only allowed to have air conditioning at a certain degrees. It was also lacking many basics. I know we are responsible for purchasing basics but most beach houses start you off with enough to get you by at least the first day. Usually the previous renters leave things there but there was nothing. Not one extra trash bag, not a drop of laundry soap , no spray to wipe counters down etc.. My guess is that cleaning people did something with them. There was a little dish soap and saran wrap etc . It may sound like a lot of complaints but it didn't ruin our vacation. Just a few suggestions for your next guests. All in all . It was great! We are booked for next year!

Good choice for NSB getaway

This house had a lot of great features - beachfront, convenient private access to the beach walkway, charming vintage furniture, and SPOTLESS inside and out. It could use more shade on the patio - the sail placed over a great sectional area only provides shade for brief portions of the day (before the sun goes behind the house on the west) because of the irregular shape - and there is only an umbrella over the picnic table. If there were more shade options to cover the other seating it would be more usable for more of the day before late afternoon. The updated kitchen is functional but could use more plates, pans, utensils - I guess because the house sleeps 8 there are only 8 plates, cups, bowls, but this really isn't adequate if more than a few people stay there. There are pots and pans, but again, just one of each - cooking even a simple meal can use those up quickly. There are plenty of beach towels, games, and books. The bathrooms are very small and need aesthetic updating, but are functional. This house is very reasonably priced in the current market and is a solid choice for staying beachside.

Amazing stay

The house was great! We rented for our family that consists of adult kids. Our oldest daughter and her husband got married in NSB and we wanted to have a place to stay right on the beach! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this beach home!

We loved our stay at heavenly horizons! The house had everything we needed! Location to the beach can’t be beat. Which was key with lugging all your beach stuff with kids in tow. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Great big table to fit our family. Beds were comfy. Wifi was pretty weak for streaming and working so if you’re planning to do any remote work keep that in mind. 10/10 would come back!
