The house is located 1/2 mile from Flagler Avenue which is the main street on beachside with restaurants and shops. All the comforts of home in this 3 bedroom 2 bath home away from home. Travel 30 minutes to Daytona beach for the day or one hour to Orlando This centrally located ocean front home will not disappoint.
Direct ocean front beach home located on North Atlantic, steps to the sand and walking distance to Flagler Avenue shoppes, restaurants, and activities. Look directly out at the blue ocean and sandy beach, dining area, kitchen, patio to sit out and grill and watch the waves. New Smyrna Beach is an hour’s drive from Orlando and offers a lovely drive-on Atlantic coast beach – much like that of Daytona Beach, but quieter and with a feeling of a historic hometown. New Smyrna Beach has loads of little shops and cafes, and a thriving arts community, and its beaches are wide and flat with golden-hued sands. Its Apollo Beach is part of the extensive Canaveral National Seashore that continues to the south, all-natural and minimally developed. Also, don’t miss the historic New Smyrna Beach Sugar Mill Ruins. Oh, did we mention that New Smyrna Beach has been named to National Geographic’s list of the World's 20 Best Surf Towns?

Truely an amazing place! We have rented many places over the last 25 years and this one ranks #1. So clean, fully stocked and the perfect location. Amy feels like a friend after our communications back and forth- she even helped us set up a great celebration dinner after my son proposed to his girlfriend during our stay. We will 100% be back and recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation.

Excellent!

The perfect traditional beach house, in a PRIME location. The house is a short walk to Flagler, direct access to the beach 24/7 and all the fun that entails. Amy is an excellent host. Very communicative and helpful. As long time NSB visitors, we absolutely loved this spot.

Great stay!

Everything was wonderful. Amy’s place was a perfect spot for our family of five. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for spending time at the beach and for cooking our own meals. We even had the pleasure of meeting Amy on the beach one day! Communication was outstanding.

True Beach House Experience

The property was pretty much what we expected from one of the older true "beach houses" we found. The home has a true beach feel and is in a great location. Not a knock on the house, but we didn't realize the beach was so public and allowed vehicles to park immediately in front of the home. That aside, the beach was great. The set up in the home was great for our family of six. Communication with Amy, the owner, was simple and efficient. We enjoyed visiting with them during check-in and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Perfect weekend get away!

From the moment I stepped into this perfect beach home, I felt like I was right at home! Amy was available to answer any questions I had regarding anything even down to where to find the best oysters! The walking distance to Flagler Ave was also a bonus. I have stayed in NSB many times and this by far exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to come back to visit Amy beach home and not to mention they had everything to use from towels, beach chairs, and the best views of the sunrise you can imagine.

Enjoyed our stay so very much. Great waves for body surfing. Close to shops & restaurants just a short walk up the beach. The patio was great even at night with the firepit & hot tub. Comfy beds & living room furniture. Will be back again.

Wonderful oceanfront home

The house is located right on the beach. It's a short walk to restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave, but tucked away and quiet. The home has everything needed to enjoy a week away. I look forward to staying again!

A peace of serenity

Amy was a fantastic host and very communicative. The property was clean and the views were just amazing. We could walk on the beach to local restaurants had our very own private, large outdoor sitting area that overlooked the ocean. We had a very nice time and would highly recommend Amy and her lovely beach paradise.

This property is outstanding. I hesitate to write this because I want it to stay our secret. House adorable and well appointed, Host… considerate and always available for answers… town walkable, quaint and awesome restaurants, Beach .. out of a movie and right at your back door. very nice and peaceful great place to relax , we enjoyed listening to the waves from the house at night at times they crash and sound like thunder in a rain storm . it was a great experience . we will be back .

Last Minute Vacation

This property was amazing. The host was super helpful and attentive, they even let us know when a rocket launch was about to go up so that we could see it from the back patio. We booked this the day before we arrived and this host was super accommodating. The house was beautiful and clean in a great spot. We had a really great time.

We did not want to leave!

We had the perfect stay for our Christmas vacation! We usually have two criteria when renting a place - must be on the beach and walkable to a fun town. This place fulfilled that requirement and then far exceeded our expectations!!! This was not a beach house - it was a beach HOME! Very comfortable and had absolutely everything we could need...including some poker chips to pass time on some rainy days! There was even a Christmas tree set up for us! The hot tub and fire pit we nice bonuses. Amy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to rent again in the future.

Exceeded expectations!

This is a beautiful, immaculate home right on the ocean! We arrived late in the evening (actually early morning) and we were so tired from our travels but super excited and pleased when we got to the home. I can't say enough good things about it. So close to everything, walking distance to the quaint Flagler Street area, so many restaurants to choose from. The location is perfect!!! We took advantage of the amenities offered; hot tub, biking on the beach, grill and the fire pit. The pictures do not do this place justice!! It is everything you see in the pictures and more!! The views from the kitchen, dining room are spectacular. Felt very private even though there were many people on the beach. It was very tough to leave, but I hope we will be back in the future!
