These desirable End Condos allow enjoyment of both a private FRONT porch with breathtaking views of the Corpus Christi bay and lush wetlands equipped with a cozy table and sitting area to enjoy morning coffee in the shade or watch the gorgeous sunsets!

And, then, spend your afternoon and evenings enjoying the 150 square foot BACK (gulf) patio to wind down the day with your drink of choice. You will enjoy the show of seagulls and pelicans flying by, at eye level, daily. Listen to the sounds of the relaxing surf famous for being “Closest to the water”. Condo 601, and END Condo, afford panoramic views of the sea, sand, and fun!

Condo 601 is a 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo beautifully decorated in beach fun and in soothing colors of the gulf. The condo has a dining table that seats 6 and additional stools in the large bar area - with gorgeous gulf views! The cozy but beautiful living room is situated along the Gulf side with a reclining sofa, loveseat, and chair! Plenty of room for relaxing and reading a book playing games or watching a movie on the large TV. It has a separate bar area for guests to use as well.

The updated kitchen has everything a chef would need with a Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, and Duo Keurig Coffee Maker, and is fully stocked with all the cookware, appliances, and utensils, you will need. It even has a stand-alone ice maker for keeping you cooled off or making frozen drinks. It has a large pantry to store all your food. It has a second pantry that also offers a WASHER AND DRYER for guests equipped with detergent and dryer sheets for your ease and comfort!!

The primary bedroom is on the bayside of the condo and decorated with a unique wood wall feature and equipped with a king-sized bed and full dresser, a large closet with shelves and hanging space, a ceiling fan, and a TV. You will love the decor bringing in the colors of the sand and sea. It has a full bath equipped with a tub/shower combo decorated in a nautical theme. Perfect for bathing little ones after a full day at the beach.

The Second bedroom is outfitted with 2 queen-sized beds overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, a large closet with a wall of mirrors to double the views of the gorgeous blue/green water, and a full bath with a walk-in shower decorated in sand and water tones. It has a 20' retractable wall between the living area to provide flexibility for privacy or full view.
An AMAZING feature is the solid window wall that slides open to enjoy a panoramic view on those cool fall and spring days. Condo 601 is a perfect place to stay YEAR ROUND! We love our winter Texan guests, too!

Other great amenities at Gulf Shores include a private boardwalk equipped with several cleaning stations for feet and toys and is only a short walk to the beach to play in the sand and sea. Courtesy towels, beach chairs, and water are provided by the wonderful staff at Gulf Shores!

The condo also has a large in-ground pool, hot tub, and separate play area for the kids. There's also a barbeque area (with charcoal & propane grills) and a fish house to clean and cook the catch of the day!

The Condo is only a short drive from Port Aransas where you can find fun restaurants, shops, and golf carts to rent. Make sure and take the kids on a dolphin-watching tour and check out the many activities in town for families and couples alike!
