Dockside is a centrally located 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 full baths (one walk-in shower, one tub/shower combo) and 2 half baths) luxurious attached house between Port Aransas & Corpus Cristi located on North Padre Island minutes from Whitecap Beach, Mustang Island Beach, & Port Aransas Beach. Enjoy the Texas Coast in this spacious 1935 sq ft condo with water views, comfortable bedding, a private pool, a fishing dock, outdoor seating, 3rd story view deck, & two boat slips.

Enjoy meals/drinks outside on the spacious third-story balcony with outdoor seating enjoying the sunrise or sunset with water views (canal and ocean on clear days), a wet bar, a half bath, and a mini-fridge to keep your favorite beverages cold. There is also a private balcony with water views outside the master bedroom and a shared private balcony outside bedrooms 2 & 3 to enjoy the sunset to the west.

Great place on a quiet canal

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was excellent and the pool overlooking the canal was really relaxing after a busy day exploring the Corpus Christie area. Highly recommended!!

Great Host and Stay

Super location and the unit is just as pictured. I liked that it was much quieter than other parts of the island during spring break and you can watch the birds in the morning over the water. There’s plenty of space to spread out for a family of 4. Great host with open communication to help with any questions.

Great place to for family

It is a great location. We didn't have the best weather but we still enjoyed our trip. There are games to play and lots of space in the house. The pool and dock are perfect and enjoyed watching our favorite sports on the 3rd level deck. Very clean and the owners were very responsive when we had a question.

We were in Corpus Christi to attend the winging ceremony for our son and the Dockside and its hosts were AMAZING. We couldn't be happier with the property and communication with our hosts!

Corpus Christi getaway

Our family had an amazing time at this location! Everything was clean and the place was beautiful. The pool was great addition to the hot weather for the late afternoons and evenings. Prepare for mosquitos! Thats a given. Would be even better as avid fishing lovers to have some seating on the main dock stretch!!

Family Fun!

We brought my mom, MIL, 20 year old daughter, and 16 year old son on this beach getaway and had a fantastic time! Very spacious for everyone to enjoy time together and still have their own space for down time. We enjoyed the beach which was close, as well as time at the condo in and round the pool. My son enjoyed catching fish in the morning. Gorgeous sunsets and will definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing and peaceful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, very spacious and comfortable for the family to hang out. We enjoyed having our own private pool and fishing pier. Family Vacay

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts! We were traveling in close to when Hurricane Beryl was scheduled to hit. Cassandra and Antonio went above and beyond to help make sure my family was safe, which helped ease everyone’s tension on my end. The property itself is in a great location. My oldest son and his Papa loved fishing off the dock and were even successful catching some fish. The pool was a perfect size for everyone to cool off in after the hot days. The house shades then backyard in the evenings, which was so nice and dropped the temperature to a comfortable level. We were minutes away from multiple beaches that the entire crew loved exploring. We didn’t get to stay as long as we would have liked but that’s ok. It just means we have to go back and we will definitely rent here again.

Nice place with a pool on the water

We enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room to spread out. Kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock. They caught a lot of fish too! Only downside of this place is the traffic noise coming across the canal from the main road. We heard it all day and even in the evening when there was just a few cars. But overall a nice townhome.

Summer beach trip

We loved our stay on North Padre at this amazing house. We had a blast swimming in our own private pool that stayed cool all day long, fishing right off the pier, and visiting all the beaches just minutes away. Everything that we needed was there including fishing poles, cooking supplies, beds were comfy, and everyone had plenty of room. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Family getaway

It was a beautiful property. There was some bad weather right before our stay and we appreciated our hosts communicating with us on the condition of the property. We loved having both pool and pier access. We also enjoyed the views from the third floor balcony. It was a great location—just minutes away from the beach. All in all it was the great home for our family vacation.

Perfect Family Retreat!

This was our second time staying in this lovely property and we loved everything about it (again). We often do weekend trips to the coast and unfortunately, we have had to stay at other locations because this is not always available. Needless to say, everything else is always a disappointment when compared to this. It has everything you need, is beautiful and clean, and it has plenty of space for the entire family to not just sleep, but hang out comfortably both together and on our own when we need some quiet space. We will definitely continue to make this property our first choice when traveling to the coast!!

Great Space and Location

This was a great find for our friendcation! The home was clean, well stocked and had a great location. The pool was clean and a great way to spend the evening after a full day at the beach. The hosts were accommodating and had amazing communication! I would recommend this property to anyone!

Great condo

We had a group of 6 friends with two boats for a fishing trip. Great location and docking space for both boats. And having a pool to cool off in after fishing was clutch. Would definitely rent again.
