Nearby, the kids will love interactive exhibits like Wonder Lab, Creation Station, Kidstruction Zone, and The Mountain Top Medical Center when you take them to visit the Mountain Top Children's Museum. Dillon Reservoir offers ice skating and ice fishing, so be sure to plan a day trip with family and friends. Downstairs At Eric's, The Canteen Tap House and Tavern, and Flip Side Breckenridge are all great restaurants to check out any time you want a delicious après-ski meal.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2.
Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Check in and out was so easy. The convenience of the condo was perfect for having teens that wanted to walk Main Street and then catching the bus to ski.

Not suitable for large parties
While the condo does sleep 8, it is not an ideal place for large parties. Overcrowded parking garage that is not suitable to large vehicles; only one parking spot leaving occupants to park the second car inconveniently on the edge of town at Breck’s only overnight parking spot; only one bathroom; only 4 bath towels, no pool towels, and can’t use on sight front desk management to resolve any issues relying on off sight response teams that are slow to respond. Would not recommend this place for large parties

Banged Up
The location was great, but the inside is extremely dated and all the furniture has dents, scratches, missing hardware and a constant fear of falling apart. It seemed like there was a soccer or lacrosse team that practiced and stayed in this location prior to us. Broken patio chairs, patched holes in the bathroom that wasn't painted and all of the trim was banged up. For the price, I would never stay here again.

Nice place, gread location
As others have mentioned, the unit is a little dated, but we were fine with it. The location close to town was what we wanted. Easy one block walk to main street. It is in a large building that can be confusing to navigate. Also, when I got there I was unaware that I needed to get back in my card and drive to a completely different location to get the room key, first time I've ever had to do that. It was probably stated somewhere I needed to do that, but Vacasa sends so many texts and emails that information gets lost buried within so much messaging. I wish Vacasa would keep the communication precise and simple. The unit was clean and nice floorplan.

Fun Weekend!
Reservation, checkin and checkout processes were very easy and efficient. My only concern was the carpet needed a deep cleaning and the furniture was dated and definitely needed some love! Overall though, a good stay!

Love this place
This condo is in the perfect location. This was my second time to stay here and both times it was very clean and had everything we needed. If we go back to Breckinridge I will always stay here. Love sitting on the balcony and hearing and seeing the Blue River. So relaxing.

Great location
This is a lovely corner unit along the Blue River with mountain views; steps from restaurants and coffee shops and a short walk to the gondola. We enjoyed starting our days with breakfast on the balcony with the sounds of the river rushing. The unit and this lodge are a bit dated, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There is also convenient, underground parking which we were welcome to use hours after our check-out time.

Perfect location at a great price point!
Nice 2 bedroom condo! 5 mins from the gondola and even closer to Main Street! Pricing was fantastic for this location. As mentioned in other reviews, a little noise from being so close to the action, but didn’t bother us at all since we were always on the go. Parking included. Didn’t have to get out much since we just ate and hung out on Main Street when we weren’t snowboarding. Highly recommended. You can’t beat the price and the location is perfect!! We’ll see you next season!

Great ski condo with views
Great location, walking distance to the gondola and town. Views of the mountains from each room. Fully stocked kitchen. The only drawbacks were that the beds were very hard and it was a little noisy on the weekend night.

Location
Location was a minute walk to downtown Main Street which was a bonus. The noise was an issue at night being this close. Upstairs bedroom could not hear it though. Washer and dryer are outdated. The dryer was hard to gauge. It took longer than normal and it got so hot it wrecked a few tshirts. The other appliances were newer. No extras like one roll of toilet paper, one small one use for laundry, one coffee for one time use, etc.
The pool heater was broken one day, since it is shaded we couldn’t use it. It was up and running and warm the next day. Hot tubs are outdated but worked fine. The bbq was located by the pool and they were pretty new. Condo was very clean. Sitting area is a little cramped for family of 4. Couch is a loveseat not full size sofa. Free underground parking was great too. We brought our bikes so bikes or walked most places. Breck Gondola ride is free and only 5 min walk to it as well.

Tennessee visitors loved your condo
This condo was perfect for us. We could open the windows at night and hear the Blue River flowing and it would put us to sleep. There was a cold rain while we were there and the fireplace warmed us up quickly. Would stay here again and highly recommend it.
