A family holiday
The villa is in a quiet residential area. Close to a lovely beach and supermarkets. There are some nice restaurants and bars (love Miami Lounge!) but many more are closed down. Would recommend a car to go further a field. We found the villa to be clean and equipped for most things. Be aware that there is absolutely nothing extra provided, no cleaning products, tea towels, or kitchen stables like salt. The Air con is quite expensive at €100 a week, not the €60 stated. The beds layout is not as described, it's 2 doubles and a room with 3 single beds. The downstairs double bedroom I had an issue with because the window has a locked metal shutter but no key. In the event of a fire the occupants are trapped. The bed linen package is a base sheet, another sheet and one pillow case per person, so if you like something a bit more substantial, you will have to request it. Outside is lovely. The pool maintained well. Two great parasols, a fridge freezer for drinks and ice-creams and a canopy over the veranda. A good BBQ and clothes drier mounted on the wall. The cess pit can be very smelly but oddly not all the time! I found dealing with Catalunya Casas an absolute pleasure each time the response was speedy and understanding. Overall a nice villa for a relaxing get away.
