Villa with swimming pool near cove and beach (200m)<br>Sleeps 8 people <br>Villa of 150 m² is located on a plot of 1200 m² fenced. (Parking of vehicles possible inside the garden).<br>Villa composed on the first floor of:<br>A master bedroom, double bed (160) with its bathroom (shower), 2 sinks, WC,<br>A double bedroom (160) and a twin bedroom (90) that can be pushed together, share a bathroom (bath), 2 sinks, WC.<br><br>Kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, (filter coffee maker on request), electric juicer, blender, etc... with a central island opening onto a living room equipped with a large sofa, satellite TV, free wifi, fireplace with insert.<br><br>Large veranda with table for 6/8 people and a small living room (sofa + 2 armchairs), ceiling fan.<br><br>Fully air-conditioned villa (independent control in each room).<br><br>Laundry room with sink and washing machine.<br><br>On the 1st floor:<br><br>Apartment with access by external staircase opening onto a terrace of 15 m² with a table and chairs composed of:<br>A fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (140), a bathroom (bath), 1 sink, WC.<br><br>The garden: <br><br>A dining area on a pretty terrace under the pines and palm trees with plancha and sink.<br>Around the swimming pool, deckchairs and parasols as well as garden furniture.<br><br>Closed outdoor shower + separate toilet.<br><br>Linen (sheets and towels) included in the quote, end-of-stay cleaning also included.<br><br>Villa located 3 kms from the town centre of l'Ametlla de Mar with its restaurants, shops and boutiques, typical fishing port and marina.<br><br>Nearby:<br><br>Hikes on the coastal path, sandy beaches and coves, tennis court and padel court nearby, 4 golf courses 30 minutes away.<br><br>To the north: Port Aventura 30 minutes away, Tarragona 40 minutes away and Barcelona 1 hour 30 minutes away.<br>To the south: Ebro Delta Natural Park 15 minutes away, Valencia 2H00.

Los Tres Cales - a fantastic stay

Our stay there was great. The house is spacious, there are 2 separate flats. It is fully equiped with everything you need. Every room has an air-conditioning unit. The pool is big, clean, there is an outdoor shower and toilet. In the garden there is a barbecue with a seating area. The beaches are close, sea water is incredibly clear. Not far from the house there is Mercadona, some restaurants. If you want to do some sightseeing, I´d recommend Tarragona and its Roman monuments, Reus with a Gaudí museum and Casa Natas (a fantastic art-nouveau villa). All the towns near are worth of seeing. This place was one of the best of our holidays over last 20 years. The communication with the owner and the agency was easy, fast and smooth. i wouls recommend the place to everybody.

Tres belle maison dans un secteur calme. Piscine au top. Belle plage calme de sable à 2kms.Tout le RDC, pièce de vie, véranda, chambres et les 2 Sdb sont au top. Par contre gros point négatif sur le studio et sa SDB de l etage qui a vraiment besoin d une rénovation complete. Aucune photo sur le descriptif et on en comprend la raison. Tres bon accueil d Anna, la représentante sur place.

Wir waren zwei Familien, insgesamt 6 Personen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was benötigt wird für einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Besonders hat uns gefallen, die Aufteilung des Hauses, der Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen, der Grillplatz.Nützlich war die auch die Wäscheleine hinterm Haus.Der größte Lob geht aber an Eric, den Besitzer dieser Unterkunft, er war immer direkt zu erreichen wenn er gebraucht wurde.Am Anfang gab es Probleme mit dem Strom in der Unterkunft, Eric hat sich direkt darum gekümmert und die Probleme wurden direkt gelöst. Check in und Check Out läuft über eine Agentur im Ort, hier muss man die Schlüssel abholen und wieder abgeben, auch das war problemlos. Wir können die Unterkunft und Eric nur weiterempfehlen.Gerne wieder!!!

Casa genial en zona muy tranquila

La casa es ideal para familias que buscan tranquilidad. Esta muy cerca de varias calas muy bonitas y de ambiente familiar. La casa dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, la piscina es ideal si vas con niños, ademas hay un baño y una ducha justo al lado de la piscina por lo que no hace falta entrar en la casa mientaras disfrutas de la piscina y de la zona de cesped. Tambiem dispone de una zona con plancha y una mesa exterior donde da mucha sombra, lo que hace que se aproveche mucho. La cocina muy bien equipada. Ademas el anfitrion es muy amable y contesto super rapido a todas nuestras dudas. La gente de la agencia tambien supeamables. Unas vacaciones de 10, sin duda volveremos.
