Quaint house walking distance to downtown

Located in SLO's Old Town Historic District, featuring beautifully restored Victorian and Craftsman homes, this two bedroom Craftsman is less than a 5 minute walk to downtown shops/restaurants/nightlife. Despite its central location, the house is situated on a quiet street without heavy traffic. The property includes a private yard with a large (8 person) hot tub and grill.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for gourmet or casual cooking. The living room features a flatscreen TV, HD DirecTV, and full sized sofa. Each of the bedrooms features a very comfortable queen sized bed (1 sleigh bed and 1 brass bed). There is also a desk in the primary bedroom. It’s a cozy little house ideal for families or friends. As it is an older home, it has its quirks! A couple things to be aware of: 1. the water pressure in the shower can be low. Avoid running other water during shower time. 2. If you choose to use the window AC, avoid also using other appliances as it will trip the fuse.
Please note, the driveway is our neighbor’s and cannot be used for any reason. Parking is available on the street and can sometimes be a challenge, especially on Thursday nights due to farmers market downtown.
