Cute, quintessential SLO home in a great location! Enjoy being steps away from Downtown San Luis Obispo, the very popular Lincoln Deli, Anholm Park, and base of Cerro San Luis Obispo (Madonna Mt) for epic hikes and mountain biking. Cal Poly is only a mile away too!

There's indoor laundry, plenty of closet space in each room, new kitchen appliances (including microwave and dishwasher!), and spacious front and back yards to enjoy, all on a quiet street in the highly desirable San Luis Obispo Anholm neighborhood.
