Located in the heart of Key Largo MM100. It is the perfect home base to explore the keys. Our Newly Remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club)with 24 hour security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving, and snorkeling in all the keys.

The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor grill areas and fire pits by the ocean. The property gives guest ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, diving and sandbars in the area. Guest can fish, kayak or snorkel the ocean via our rock jetty.

This home is conveniently located directly in front of a pool and the salt water lagoon- a great location for families!

Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse with 2 living rooms gives plenty of space for guest to spread out and relax after a long day in the sun. First floor has a full bathroom with shower, bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with sleeper sofa and smart TV. The second floor has another full bathroom and another sleeper sofa. It also has a fully stocked kitchen with new kitchen cabinets and appliances, a smart TV in the living room and 2 outdoor balconies with seating to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee. The third floor offers another full bathroom shared by two bedrooms, each with a king bed. Both rooms have plenty of closet space and a balcony.

2 Beach Cruiser Bicycles and 2 kayak with paddle available to guests.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

Quick Key Largo Getaway

The location was conveniently located to all we wanted to see. The gated community check-in was quick and pleasant. The host was readily available to answer our questions. The beds were comfortable. If I had to change anything, the curtains in the bedroom toward the pool were a bit to see through to me. Sunset on the jetty is worth the walk.

The townhome was absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you need! Beautiful decorated. We stayed 4 days and because of the central location we went either direction to see and do everything we had planned!

40th bday party

This place has it all. 3 different levels so kids slept downstairs and had their own privacy. They had bikes and kayaks and this place was right in front of the lagoon plus a pool. Location is close to eateries and to get groceries. We loved it here only downside to this house it is a little unfriendly for older knees with the steps. Would definitely book again, area is great! The host kept in contact also as there were fires at the time. Loved it!

My family and I evacuated for Milton and we stayed at this amazing property. It was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was great at communicating and was very accomidating to a small change. We would love to come back and stay at this property longer.

Great condo! Lots of room for our group of 5 guys on a fishing trip.

The condo is very clean and spacious. In a great location with lots of food options close by. I would recommend and stay again. The property was maintained beautifully and check in was very easy. Gated community.

Nice but noisy

The condo was nice, but the neighbors were very noisy until early in the morning. Loud music and tv. Close to the water. There were dark hairs and small bugs in one of the beds.

Great location and place

The pictures are very accurate and it was even nicer than the photos! We stayed with 6 ladies for a bachelorette and had plenty of space to spread out. Only things we missed were a full length mirror and toiletries in the bathroom so plan accordingly!
