A Bright New eco-stone villa with private pool near to the village Gerani of Rethymnon, with breathtaking view to the Cretan sea and the village. Villa Aeolos offers luxury stay in an Eco-friendly way of living.Villa has solar panels using energy from the sun and this feature makes it unique.
Aeolos villa abstains 10km from Rethymnon and is 10 minute drive. From the Village of Gerani, villa abstains 1 km and from the intersection of Gerani of National Road Chania- Heraklinon abstains 4km (5 minute drive).

This Villa is constructed entirely of stone in traditional style with interior arches and stone staircases, by the engineer owner and is totally compatible with nature.Exists in an area of 2000 sq. m. with olives trees, herbs and vegetables. The Villa accommodates 6 people in beds and 1 more in sofa bed in the living room.
On the ground floor there are : the kitchen with veranda south, the dining room with veranda north ,W.C, the living room and the semi outdoor .
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms: The main with two single beds which can be united as one double bed , its own bathroom and a large balcony with an amazing sea view. A second bedroom with one double bed and, it's own balcony by sea view. Also in this floor there is a separate bathroom.
On the second floor there is the third bedroom with mountain view.
In front of the Villa there is the swimming pool with sun beds and an external bathroom in basement.
Outside, at the garden there are: barbeque, outdoor furniture, a large parking place and alarm system. Also, there is so free space outside for walking or joking.
Free Wi-Fi is provided , in all places even to the pool.Ecological elements: The Villa is fully equipped with energy class better than compatible A++ appliances. There is also a large tank that gathers rain waters from roof tops to irrigate the gardens. All faucets and flash tanks have the possibility of saving water . Also the villa has a garden with biological vegetables available for our customers, com posters for vegetable residues and recycling bins .

The village of Gerani is a typical Cretan village , it has taverns, supermarkets, pastry shop,souvlaki shops, traditional coffee shops and pharmacy . Nearest beach at 2 Km. Chania airport is about 60 Km far way . Heraklion airport is about 85 Km far away.

Crete Villa

The villa was fantastic and in an excellent location to explore the beauty of Crete. The local village has surprising restaurants and the near by town of Rethymno is amazing day and night. The villa was wonderfully clean and Joanna an excellent host. We would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful location in a quiet and pleasant part of the island. Joanna was great with her communication and hospitality. The villa is clean and tidy with plenty of equipment needed for a stay. There are plenty of beach options nearby and the city is easy to reach where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The pool at the villa is lovely, private and clean. The equipment provided around the pool is great quality. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms have great views down to the sea. The kitchen has plenty of equipment that is needed for a stay and the living area is nicely laid out. Outside there are plenty of places to sit and eat and a garden to explore. Highly recommended for those who want to get away from it all, but want to be close enough to civilisation when needed.

Friends explore Greece

This is a great home for a family or group of friends. The view from the pool and terrace is exceptional and the local town has some really great restaurants. It is a beautiful home, well located to explore this great island!! I can't say enough about Joanna, her communication with us was exceptional. She gave us great recommendations and was kind enough to leave us supper for our late arrival. We were so lucky to have met her as well. I will be back :)

Joanna is a very welcoming and incredibly helpful host. Our flight was delayed and we had problems with our hire car booking with Europcar - they wouldnt allow us to move it to the following day, so we had to cancel or incur the full cost as a no- show fee.I texted Joanna from Manchester airport asking for taxi and car hire recommendations. Within 20mins Joanna had arranged a minibus to pick us up from the airport at midnight and a hire car to be delivered to the villa the next day.When we arrived at the villa, Joanna had also left some food in the fridge for us.The villa was beautiful, very clean and had stunning views. We had a fabulous holiday - thank you Joanna.

Tolle Villa und hervorragende Gastgeber

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Villa ist toll, der Pool ein Traum. Die Gastgeberin hatte gute Tipps fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge in die Umgebung und gute StrƤnde. Wir kƶnnen die Villa Aeolos uneingeschrƤnkt weiterempfehlen.

Einfach nur traumhaft schƶn

Die Unterkunft ist in Wirklichkeit noch schƶner als im Prospekt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief unkompliziert und zwanglos, fĆ¼r Fragen und kleinere Anliegen oder Probleme hatte sie ein offenes Ohr. Bei der ersten Anfahrt ist es noch etwas abenteuerlich durch die engen Gassen, aber bei jeder weiteren Fahrt schwappt die Gastfreundschaft der Menschen aus dem Ort fƶrmlich entgegen. Das GrundstĆ¼ck ist riesig groƟ, der Pool wurde intensiv genutzt, die KrƤuter und das Obst konnte im Garten geerntet werden. Auch musste man am Anreisetag nicht verhungern, weil eine Notration und ein Eis fĆ¼r jeden im Gefrierfach warteten. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich nur wohlfĆ¼hlen kann. Und mit 3 Duschen und Toiletten kann man sich auch als 5-kƶpfige Familie nicht beschweren. Da Rethymno eindeutig die schƶnste Stadt ist, ist die Villa fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge zu Strand und in die Umgebung bestens geeignet. Von uns volle Punktzahl.

TrĆØs belle maison en pierre construite avec goĆ»t surplombant la baie de gerani . La maison est tres bien Ć©quipĆ©e, de nombreuses terrasses pour dejeuner et se prĆ©lasser. La piscine est de taille suffisante 7Ɨ3,5 et beneficie de la mĆŖme vue , de transats et de zones d'ombre . Juste au dessus du village de Gerani et proche des belles plages , cette maison est idĆ©alement situĆ©e pour decouvrir l'ile . Voiture indispensable.

Prachtige Villa met uitzicht op de zee

de villa ligt boven het dorp Gerani en is alleen per auto te berijken. In het huis en op terrein is alles van hoge kwaliteit. Dagelijks wordt de pool schoon gemaakt en zijn er ook halverwege de bedden verschoont. De eigenaar is altijd bereikbaar. Dus een vakantie net rust!! Heerlijk!!

Lovely Villa set in the hills. Ideal for a quiet family holiday.

Aeolus is a very well equipped villa, with great views overlooking the northern coast. It was quiet and relaxing nestled into the hills, yet in striking distance of the south of the island and the west. The swimming pool was well cared for and very clean. Joanna and he dad could not have been more welcoming.

Wir waren von der Villa und ihren Inhabern begeistert - groƟ, modern und Top-Lage! Pool, Reinigung und Architektur haben uns sehr gefallen. Kleiner Tipp: Eine ganz einfache Kaffeemaschine fehlte ;-) FĆ¼r BaumaƟnahmen unweit entfernt und die PartynƤchte "unten im Dorf" kann die Villa nichts; der Ausblick und Lage ganz oben entschƤdigen definitiv.
