Offering 2,500 square feet of pristine living space, this brand-new, professionally-furnished beach house is ready for your next big family vacation along North Florida’s Emerald Coast. Overlooking the Gulf and just a short walk to the sand and surf, this home boasts a well-equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table with seating for six, a sunny and inviting living area with comfortable furniture, and a large, TV, and two furnished balconies for when it's time to step outside and enjoy the fresh air or catch one of those famous Florida sunsets with your favorite beverage in-hand.

WHAT’S NEARBY
This home is conveniently close to the many sights and activities of Port St. Joe and the Cape San Blas area. Take a short stroll over to Salinas Park for pickleball, and volleyball, boardwalks over St. Joe Bay, and horseback riding on the beach. When it's time to dine out, try the Indian Pass Raw Bar offering oysters and other seafood in a relaxed atmosphere, less than three miles east, grab a tasty treat from Weber's Little Donut Shop over in Cape San Blas, and sample the many restaurants just 20 miles east in beautiful and historic Apalachicola. And if you're bringing a boat, the Indian Pass boat ramp can be accessed less than six miles from your front door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Loved our stay at the Wohali Retreat

We loved our stay at Wohali. No crowds and no traffic. Very quiet and relaxing vacation. Great restaurants and entertainment within driving distance. We'll definitely be back to stay!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Wohali! The size was perfect for our two families, and the view off the porch was just wonderful! The beach access is right there off the cul de sac and not a bad walk to the beach. The internet TV was not so great at night, and I would have really liked an iron and ironing board at the house, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely come back!

We had a great time - the house is plenty spacious, and a very short walk across the street to the beach. Which was really quite empty and scenic. The house was (nearly) immaculately clean ... though somehow the master bathroom shower was neglected before we checked in. That was a disappointing oversight. But the rest was great. The house appears to be fairly new construction, but there are a few maintenance items (door out to the balcony not locking) that needs to be tended to. But honestly - we'd stay there again next week if we could!

A most relaxing stay indeed!

My late wife and I had always wanted to find a place to stay where our girls never crossed a road again, well I found it! What a beautifully private location and the access to the beach was perfect. A very, very quiet beach is just what my girls and I needed. Thank you so much! See you again soon.

The house was large, well stocked. The air went out on the 2nd floor one night. Vacasa was quick to get someone out the next morning. Be aware 5 flights of stairs in this home. I would stay here again.

Fabulous Getaway!

Wohali house far exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious and set up well for a multiple family stay. The upstairs has a great living room and open kitchen for everyone to hang out and we loved the decks. The beach was quiet and empty, making you feel as though you were on a private island. There are many stairs in the home as expected with any 3 story house, but the views from the decks make them well worth walking up :). Incredibly comfortable beds.

Excellent Location

There were 10 of us who stayed, and this property was just as described. It is in a small, gated community, with the house being located in a cul-de-sac. While technically not on the beach, there are no houses in front of it, so you have unobstructed views of the beach/ocean. It is a short stroll to the beach, as the path is directly in front of the house. We were very pleased with our stay.

Perfect!

Great home for myself and 3 adult children and their significant others. The house is practically brand new and had everything we needed. The stairs were a struggle at first, but that’s because we are out of shape. We had a direct view of the water, it was very peaceful. I hated to leave, but will definitely be back soon.

Great home. We enjoyed staying there. There were several bulbs out around the house, including the range hood, which made it more challenging to cook, but these will be simple fixes. House was clean upon arrival and the beds and couch were comfortable. Would stay in again!

Great Beach

The beach was gorgeous with plenty of room, so you never felt crowded by your neighbors. We saw dolphins very close to shore and it was always a pleasure to see the horses multiple times during the day. Although the decks were not screened in, the breeze during our stay kept all the bugs away. Having coffee on the deck in the morning was so relaxing with wonderful views. The lots in front of the house have not been developed yet , so the beach views were amazing . The house was fairly new and very clean. There are lots of stairs, so heads up if you have older adults in your party. Access to an elevator would make things easier since the kitchen is on the top floor. The kitchen had the basics in terms of gadgets, but there is not a pantry and no cabinet space for your food. The counters were the only place to put all the dry goods. The ice maker was not working well and it would have been really nice to have had an ice machine in the open space in the “bar” area. The house is loud, so you do hear everything above and below you. The TV is a smart TV and it did not have cable or an antenna to get local or network channels. Some previous reviews said the YouTube Chanel was available - it was not available and there were no instructions left regarding the TV, passwords for logging into different apps (if you don’t have your own) or separate instructions of any kind in a welcome binder. Overall, our time at the house was great and we look forward to our next trip to the area.

Anniversary Getaway.

Enjoyed our stay. Lived up to all our expectations. The beach is beautiful with plenty of equipment on hand. A wagon for the beach would be helpful. Has a blender and iron.

Spring Break

We had a nice vacation at this home. The home is beautiful. It is in a great location. It is nice and quiet and the private path to the non-crowded beach is great. The negatives about this house are the stairs. There are ALOT of stairs. The other thing is that you can hear everything and everyone. I also wish there was a TV in each bedroom. Other than those things we had a great stay at the Wohali House.

The house is very nice and clean - great location!

The rug under the bed in the master on kitchen floor needs to go. If your feet are a least but damp the fibers off carpet stick to your feet and gets everywhere. If any sweater or really any shirt touches the fibers stick to it. Also a couple more towels in Mater Bath would be great ! Other than that it is a super awesome place and we would love to stay there again !!
