Fantastic view

Excellent outdoor areas. Good and well-equipped kitchen. However, it is very cold indoor due to the “plastic-courtains “ Not being fastened and thus allow the wind and rain to come indoor.

Fantastic villa with the most amazing view

We couldn't be happier about the villa. The view is simply breathtaking. A perfect place to stay in all respects. The villa is, however, not easily accessible, as the GPS will direct you to the wrong place (at least ours did). Once we got an alternative address from the property manager Arnaud, everything worked out fine. We will absolutely come back!!!

Amazing stay with a picturesque view

We enjoyed a great week at the house located high up the mountain side with a breath taking view of the ocean and the sea. Family of four - two kids aged 8 and 10 years old.The layout of the house is nice with an open kitchen and living room which gave a feel of stepping out into the great ambience of Menton. The pool might not be the biggest, however the pool area makes up for it and it’s worthwhile noticing that the pool isn’t too deep which makes it great for kids. Some reviews says the noise from the highway can be heard which is true but not something that bothered us during our stay. Highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Menton.

Magnificent

Al fresco was the best experience ever. Endless views and you are one with nature. We were able to walk down to town to the supermarket and Boulangerie. The Maison Du citron was within walking distance and so was the Sir Hanbury Botanical garden in Italy. Arnaud , the property was very nice and available when needed. We will definitely return and we recommend this villa.

Best view in the world!

This is a wonderful place with huge charm and all the comforts, well arranged so that you're facing the view all the time and everywhere. Menton-Garavan local station is a 20 minute scramble straight down the cliff and from there you can go anywhere on the French & Italian rivieras. Great hiking and exercise all around you ... but if you have any mobility problem it's not for you. We came away fantastically healthy and fit!

En villa med ett fantastiskt lÀge med utsikt över medelhavet. Villan Àr originell i sin planlösning med egentligen ett bra sovrum pÄ översta plan med badrum en suite. PÄ första vÄningen ett sovrum med tre dörrar, varav en tÀmligen svÄrstÀngd. Badrum en suite men toaletten i hallen. PÄ bottenplan ett sovrum med badrum bakom draperi, relativt fuktigt. Badrummen mycket frÀscha. Köket Àr vÀldigt vÀlutrustat och passade oss bra som gillar att laga mat, all utrustning funkade utom brödrosten som var trasig. Huset passa nog inte jÀttebra för familjer med smÄ barn (mÄnga avsatser, trappor och lÄga avspÀrrningar.). utomhusmiljön var fin, mÄnga olika platser att vistas pÄ och omrÄdet kring poolen vÀldigt mysigt, vackra vÀxter och krukor. AC fungerade klanderfritt i sovrummen och var mycket tyst. TvÀttmaskin som fungerade bra.Det bÀsta med huset Àr nog köket med tillhörande uteplats med fantastisk utsikt.Det sÀmsta troligen den branta, smala uppfarten till huset. Vi valde att lÄta bilen stÄ pÄ parkeringsplatsen nedanför huset vilket ocksÄ var möjligt. Informationsbrochyren i huset var utförlig och bra. VI hade en hÀrlig vecka i Menton!

Bergerie vétuste, inaccessible et photos trompeuses

Vous pensez rĂ©server une villa de charme avec tout le confort, vous louez une masure. La maison est quasi inaccessible mĂȘme pour les bons conducteurs. La rampe d’accĂšs est dangereuse, trĂšs Ă©troite et extrĂȘmement raide. Nous avons dĂ» descendre sur 3 roues. Je suis bonne conductrice mais j’ai dĂ» compter sur mon mari tout le sĂ©jour, ce qui a tout gĂąchĂ©. Cela dit vous pouvez vous garer loin en contrebas de la pente raide, il faut alors remonter toute la pente Ă  pied (avec les courses et les enfants!).Le jardin est en friche, avec des herbes folles, des plaques de plexiglas qui traĂźnent, une bĂ©tonniĂšre et des gravats qui jonchent le sol. Les rambardes ne sont pas trĂšs hautes (et pas du tout rĂ©glementaires). DĂšs lors les enfants n’ont pas pu aller seuls dans le jardin.Une seule porte ferme correctement, la piĂšce principale Ă©tant fermĂ©e par une bĂąche dont une fermeture Ă©clair est cassĂ©e et raccommodĂ©e avec du scotch et des Ă©pingles de sĂ»retĂ©. La chambre d’ami qui se trouve sous la maison ne ferme pas Ă  clef et sent le moisi. Mais la femme de mĂ©nage qui vous accueille vous recommande quand mĂȘme de bien fermer la maison car « il y a beaucoup de rĂŽdeurs dans le coin »  ma mĂšre de 75ans n’a donc pas pu y dormir, devant dormir dans la chambre des enfants, sur le sofa et en a retirĂ© un sacrĂ© mal de dos.Les goulottes Ă©lectriques sont visibles et les fils pendent. Lavabo bouchĂ© et filet d’eau dans la douche du haut. Nombreuses araignĂ©es. Mouche dans le lit Ă  l’arrivĂ©e.

Individualistisches Haus mit tollen Terrassen und traumhafter Aussicht

Die Weihnachtsfeiertage mit der Familie (3 Generationen) bei wolkenlosem Himmel verleben zu dĂŒrfen, war ein ganz besonderes Geschenk. Das Haus bietet neben einem fantastischen Blick drei prima Schlafeinheiten mit eigenen BĂ€dern, die IndividualitĂ€t und RĂŒckzugschancen bieten. Die Gartenanlage mit ihren Terrassen lĂ€sst Ă€hnlich wie die Ausstattung des Hauses keine WĂŒnsche offen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Une villa magnifique et une vue splendide

Nous avons Ă©normĂ©ment apprĂ©ciĂ© cette propriĂ©tĂ©. Elle est idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  Menton: plusieurs restaurants et commoditĂ©s y sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Tout Ă©tait propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et la maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. L'ambiance qui rĂšgne dans cette villa est tout simplement magnifique (tant le jour que le soir). Le rĂ©el coup de coeur reste pour nous la vue... C'est indescriptible Ă  quel point le panorama est beau avec vue sur la ville de Menton, la mer et les rochers de l'Italie. Bref, nous avons adorĂ© nos vacances ! Nous comptons peut-ĂȘtre mĂȘme y retourner. Ă©quipe

Großes Objekt mit fantastischem Ausblick von jeder Terrasse.

Ein insgesamt gut bewohnbares Objekt, das neben dem fantastischen Ausblick viele Annehmlichkeiten bietet. Die Parksituation ist problematisch. Die Pflege des Objekts lĂ€sst noch WĂŒnsche offen. Die KĂŒche bietet alle notwendige Technik, könnte jedoch systematischer aufgerĂ€umt werden, damit man sich in den vielfĂ€ltigen Utensilien auch zurecht findet.

Wunderbarer Ort zur Erholung

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit vielen verwinkelten Orten zum Verweilen und zur Erholung. Sehr charmant und authentisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Sensationelle Aussicht. Super gelegen fĂŒr AusflĂŒge an die CotĂ© d-Azure wie z.B. Monaco, Nizza Cannes etc. (Die WillkommensbroschĂŒre mĂŒsste gelegentlich ĂŒberarbeitet werden. Keine Nespressomachine (Kapseln wurden von uns im Vorfeld somit vergebens angeschafft) sondern ein super Kaffeevollautomat). Ist nur eine kleine Anmerkung und hat unsere Ferienwoche in keinster Weise getrĂŒbt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent sĂ©jour passĂ© dans cette villa Mentonnaise Ă  laquelle ClĂ©ment Ă  su apporter le modernisme nĂ©cessaire tout en conservant le cachet et le cĂŽtĂ© fonctionnel de la maison. DĂ©coration sobre et soignĂ©e, mais avant tout une optimisation des lieux pour le panorama dont on ne se lasse pas du matin au soir... EntrĂ©e / sortie avec Arnaud (gestionnaire) aux petits soins. Vue exceptionnelle

Comme le dit l'annonce : "Villa de caractÚre avec magnifiques vues mer, piscine privée et jardin exotique". Je rajouterai que l'accueil est trÚs professionnel et sympathique. La villa et son beau jardin, bien entretenu, sont trÚs agréables et la vue vraiment époustouflante. La maison est trÚs confortable et atypique, nombreuses terrasses et recoins, des plantes exotiques partout. La décoration est soignée et moderne. La place de parking en bas de la villa est appréciable car la montée est trÚs raide. Le seul hic le bruit de fond ambiant extérieur des trÚs nombreux transports alentours (autoroute, routes, train, hélicoptÚres, etc.), mais nous sommes en ville et Menton est encaissée entre mer et montagne. La ville de Menton, la vue de la Villa et la région valent bien le séjour.

Vue 20/20 exceptionnelle

Semaine TRES agrĂ©able dans une villa typiquement mentonnaise avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la ville qu’on gardera en mĂ©moire. Nous dormions rideaux ouverts pour ne rien perdre de la vue. Piscine juste ce qu’il faut
 ProximitĂ© avec l’Italie. Par contre, l’accĂšs Ă  la villa est un peu stressant car abrupte mais pour une telle vue, passage obligĂ©. La place de parking n’est pas trĂšs pratique non plus mais aprĂšs une semaine, on s’y fait. En plus le voisin est sympa. Toutefois qq tout petits points nĂ©gatifs (vite oubliĂ©s), manque des transats Ă  plat, j’ai du mettre ma serviette par terre, garde corps un peu bas et les moustiques đŸ˜©. L’accueil par Arnaud, gĂ©nial. En rĂ©sumĂ©, une semaine dans un endroit exceptionnel avec un temps exceptionnel. Nous nous souviendrons de ces vacances.

La vue n'excuse pas tout

TrĂšs beau potentiel, propriĂ©tĂ© originale, vue extraordinaire, jardins et terrasses magnifiques, mais .... un sentiment jamais vĂ©cu encore, d'ĂȘtre chez quelqu'un. Des affaires personnelles laissĂ©es partout dans la maison, jusqu'au frigo pas totalement vidĂ© !!!!! une cuisine avec un potentiel trĂšs intĂ©ressant, mais ĂĄ la propretĂ© limite... le four est tout simplement TRES SALE , le plan de travail collait Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. Pour ětre nous mĂȘme loueur d'un gĂźte 4 erloies en meublĂ© de tourisme en Bretagne, nous avons un autre sens de la location. C'est vraiment dommage car c'est un trĂšs beau produit, mais au vu du prix payĂ©, la vue n'excuse pas tous. Il faut juste se ressaisir.

excellent stay at Casa Molino

What a special atmosphere at this great place with a fantastic view over the sea and Menton. We really enjoyed our stay at this special house. Especially the terraces at the kitchen, bedroom and poolside are outstanding. It's not an ordinary house but an house with a heart. The path to the house is a little steep, (you can park just 40 meters down the house) but the result is a panorama view....We loved it! It's perfect for those who are looking for something different.
