This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. When you’re not enjoying your spacious private balcony for your morning coffee, venture down to the shared amenities for additional fun - the pool and hot tubs are perfect for a dip or two. Should you want to explore, head to the beach and enjoy the sparkling Gulf waters. You’ll be near plenty of eateries and attractions for the whole family.

This vibrant condo comes freshly painted and provides the ultimate space for relaxation and comfort. Enjoy comfortable furnishings and a TV in the living area, perfect for movie nights. When you’re ready for a bite to eat, the condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cookware - perfect for entertaining and whipping up delicious dishes. Enjoy these meals and conversation at the adjacent, breakfast nook. Should you need to refresh during your stay, a private washer/dryer is off the kitchen. The bedroom comes furnished with a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
