Alcudia is a town located on a peninsula in the north of the island, surrounded by the sea between Pollensa Bay and Alcudia Bay; the most extensive beach in Mallorca. Alcudia is situated between the Albufera nature reserve and the Sa Victoria mountains. In Puerto de Alcudia, we will find many restaurants, shops, leisure activities, and water sports.



FISHERMAN has 3 bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds, while the third has two single beds. In the house, there are a total of 2 bathrooms with toilet, one equipped with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your holidays. The bright living-dining room has satellite television and all the comforts.



The terrace, fully furnished, is equipped with a barbecue. In the spacious garden area, we can relax on the sun loungers after taking a refreshing dip in the beautiful swimming pool.



If you are looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to spend your holidays near the sea, do not hesitate, Can Franck is the perfect option to enjoy the summer with your family or friends!

Amazing

Stunning property in a perfect location. Really clean and well equipped. Hosts went out of their way to help us check in early. Only a short walk to the old town. Just brilliant.

Fabulous Garden

The house is charming and has everything you need. The garden is beautiful, relaxing and very hard to leave. The house is in a great location. A 1 minute walk will bring you to great views from the local bar and a 15 min walk will bring you into the old town. I would highly recommend it.

Relaxing Stay

Fabulously located villa for the old town Alcudia. Well placed ‘Red Rum’ bar approx 100 metres from villa on waters edge. Hosts very helpful. Road noise can be a little noisy but did not distract from a relaxing holiday. Probably could do with some more Sunbed’s as only 2 available and possibly more kitchen utensils etc. would definitely return. Thank you 😀

Fisherman's Villla - Perfecto

We visited Mallorca during the off season over the US Thansgiving holiday with the intent of visiting cultural and scenic places on the island without all the tourist crowds. Additionally we are looking for a place to retire or spend a good amount of time. Mallorca did not disappoint. The villa is 30 yards from the water where there is a paved walkway for a fresh morning walk or during afternoon sunsets. It is set on corner of a dead end street. The local restaurants, grocery store and other amenities are within walking distance. It gave us a wonderful perspective of how the locals live their daily lives. The expresso and local pastries were a daily morning favorite. The villa has wonderful kitchen and gathering area. The two bedrooms we used had great mattresses and the home is very quiet inside and out. Both of the bathrooms are very modern with rain shower shower heads. Additionally the property has a well kept and landscaped outside area with a nice pool, grill and dining area. The owners are extremely nice and very helpful with directions. places to see and restaurants. Also the villa is in a local residential area with no high rises and in between 2 or the Alcudia's largest beaches. Well paved roads make the entire island very accessible. If you want to spend quality time with your family and friends without all the high rise hotels and tourists yet very close to local amenities and restaurants then this villa will not disappoint. We would definitely stay there again and hope to visit again very soon.

Gerne wieder

Urlaub zu fünft als Familie. Es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Hübsches Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht ( 2 Bäder, Spülmaschine, 2 Tische innen, 2 Gartentische, der auf der Verenda immer im Schatten). Sehr hübscher, sehr gepflegter Garten mit Palmen und voller Blütenpracht, wir waren oft auch einfach nur im hübschen Garten. Idyllischer Pool, mit flacher Liegestelle, aber auch groß genug zum Reinspringen und Hin- und Herschwimmen. Gartendusche. Wenn man durch's Tor auf die Straße tritt, sieht man das Meer. In die hübsche Altstadt kann man laufen. Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Parkplätze vor dem Haus gab es immer ( das Haus steht in einer Sackgasse einer kleinen, hübschen Wohnsiedlung). Freundliches Besitzerehepaar. Die Aircondition haben wir ab und zu angemacht, hat sehr gut gekühlt, unsere Stromrechnung waren letzlich zu 5. für eine Woche knapp 40 Euro. Empfehlung: Wanderung von Ermita La Victoria auf den Mirador Penya del Migdia und mit Badesachen entlang der Küste von Alcadana ab Playa ortsauswärts. Auch direkt vom Haus aus, kann man viel am Wasser entlang ( rechts haltend) bis zum Nachbarort auf kleinem Pfad (teils am Ufer, teils durch Pinien ) laufen, kleiner Sandstrand ist in der Nähe und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Mit dem Auto: schöner, morgens nicht zu überlaufener Sandstrand : Playa del Muro, Sektion 3 ( Parkplatz ganz am Ortsende, Carrer Arenes). Im Supermarkt waren wir mit dem Auto: Eroski und Lidl in ca 3 bis 4 km Entfernung ( beides nah beieinander) Es war schön so wie es war, Kleinigkeiten, die man verbessern könnte: Die Besitzer wohnen im Obergeschoss, dort hat man sie zwar nie gesehen, aber vielleicht hätte man mit Vorhängen vor den oberen Fenstern Richtung Garten weniger das Gefühl sich im Garten auf dem Präsentierteller zu befinden. Die angegebenen 170 qm schließen vermutlich die Verenda mit ein, das könnte man in der Beschreibung klarstellen, die Räume innen sind groß genug, aber nicht riesig. Mit dem vorhandenen Besteck muss man entweder doch von Hand spülen oder die Spülmaschine halbvoll laufen lassen. Da es exakt 6 Messer, 6 Gabeln hat, reicht das nicht ( wir waren zu fünft) für 2 Mahlzeiten.

Schöne Finca mit tollem Außenbereich

Der Außenbereich ist Top, super gepflegt wie auf den Fotos. Pool ist riesig und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten im kompletten Garten. Der Innenbereich war gepflegt und sauber. Das Duschbad ist sehr klein, in der Dusche konnte man sich nicht bewegen. Familienbad ist groß genug. (wir waren 6Pers. davon 2 Kleinkinder). Fazit: Tolle Finca mit perfekter Lage !

A gem of a villa in an ideal location

The prompt response and helpful information when booking and the friendly, personal attention of the owners during our stay. The villa was beautifully decorated and the garden/pool were perfect. The location was ideal with access to lovely coastline/beaches and the nearby historic town of Alcúdia. Only minor points re the shower room fitments. Also worth cautioning about mosquitoes which were more intrusive than expected.

Mooie woning, heerlijke tuin en een perfecte plek.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad bij Fisherman. De eigenaren zijn enthousiast en zeer gastvrij. De tuin is heerlijk ook met kinderen, door de hele tuin kun je schaduwplek vinden maar ook zon. En natuurlijk het zwembad, is geweldig! Het strand wat dichtbij is, kun je niet echt lekker liggen, dichtbij zijn stranden zat en doordat we een huurauto hadden konden we overal makkelijk heen. Ook makkelijk met boodschappen doen.. Alcudia is een leuke en mooie plaats! De locatie van Fisherman is op loopafstand van Alcudia, het is een rustige plek met om de hoek een restaurant waar je goed kunt zijn en lekker kunt eten! Het huis is lekker groot, badkamer en douchehoek is wel wat klein maar prima te doen. Alles is voorzien, het bestek is alleen wat weinig voor 6 personen. Kortom een geweldige plek waar je heerlijk van je vakantie kunt genieten!

A pleasant place to stay

Five of us stayed, including a 3 year old, at the beginning of April. The house accommodated us well. The verandah was good for eating and lounging and the garden was excellent for laying in the sun (when it was out). The pool was a hit for splashing around. Parking was easy, just outside and the neighbourhood was generally quiet. It was a very short walk from the beach (not much sand but still enjoyable). Alcudia was a five minute drive or a 15 minute walk and provided plenty of diversion, especially the Sunday market. The property was well run and the owners, who lived upstairs, were very friendly and helpful.

alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man findet alles was man zum Leben braucht. Der Garten ist einfach wunderschön und man kann auch gut mal einen ganzen Tag dort ausspannen und zur Ruhe kommen. Die Altstadt von Alcudia und ein kleiner Strand sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter und die Mitarbeiter von Mallorca Villa Selection waren sehr nett und zvorkommend Wir werden sicher noch einmal dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Paradies in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus ist ein Schmuckstück sowie innen wie aussen. Es ist mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet, der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und in der nahegelegenen Bucht gebadet, die zwar keinen Sandstrand, dafür aber schönes klares Wasser hat und ruhig ist. Der lange Sandstrand von Alcudia kann in zehn Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht werden, wir sind aber nur einmal hingegangen. Dafür haben wir viele andere lohnenswerte Ausflüge unternommen, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Die alte Stadt Alcudia ist in fünf Autominuten erreichbar, das alte Pollença ist etwas weiter. Beide Städte sind einen Besuch wert, es gibt viel Historisches zu entdecken und Boutiquen, wo man schöne Sachen und nicht nur Massenramsch entdecken kann. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Gemütliches, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Wohnlage

In diesem Haus mit eigenem Garten und großer überdachter Terasse findet jeder seine Ecke, um den Urlaub zu genießen und auszuspannen. Hier ist man abseits des Touristenttubels, kann aber in nur 15 Minuten Fußweg das Zentrum von Alcudia mit seinen Geschäften und Restaurants erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
