Cute apartment near the food market! Loved it!

Sergio and his mother were wonderful! They helped us with restaurant suggestions and called a taxi for us. Sergio's Mother was like the cute Italian grandmother you never had! She brought us a bottle of wine and fresh towels during our stay! Super sweet lady! We walked everywhere from the apartment, and absolutely loved going to the food market. The apartment was very clean and adorable, and the bed was comfortable!

A fabulous place for 1 or 2 people for work or vacation!

This one bedroom apartment is clean and airy and meets every need for 1 or 2 people. The hosts are welcoming and generous with their time and advice. I feel like I now have an Italian Mama! I had a few small requests when I first arrived (light bulb out, more pillows, etc) and Sergio took care of them right away even though he was just moments back from vacation. When I locked myself out one afternoon, he was there in minutes after I texted him. The apartment is in a terrific location on a quiet street just blocks from the train station, the central market, and the Fortezza de Basso conference center. Restaurants, bars, and cafes abound in the area. All are excellent! Terrific shopping is just a few blocks away too. Yet the street and the apartment is quiet. There is a courtyard you can ask to use. It is a wonderful place for a glass of wine or a coffee in the middle of the city. Sergio keeps it clean and well manicured. Beautiful!

Home away from home

We stayed the Zinobi apartment for three wonderful weeks in Florence. The Location could not have been any better. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. Sergio, Patricia and Marcella were warm and caring hosts. They are proud of Casa Rabatti and they have a right to be. It is a beautiful building and courtyard. The only thing I can say against it is the occasional noise, which we are not use to. The bedroom, however, was a quieter retreat. We would recommend it.
