This is a great place to stay in Florence. The location is at a reasonable removed from the bustling crowd. There are great restaurants a short walking distance. The host provides a lot of information about sightseeing and moving around the city. The patio is lovely with a fantastic view of countryside. Would stay here again.

Great stay, only wished we knew it was not river front per se. Busy thorough fare directly in front with construction going on. Not a game changer still really enjoyed view and location. Good amenities. Responsive owner, answered questions promptly. Provided tons of info needed for our stay. Close to most attractions. Easy bus rides.

Traveled with another couple all in our 50’s and 60’s and this property was well located for us to walk and a block from a convenient bus line that went directly to the city center (easy) This property’s description was very accurate along with all the reviews I read. Our host Piero was very nice, helpful and provided amazing insights to Florence. The pizza place Don Fefe about 300 ft from the apartment was probably the best pizza I we ever had.

Beautiful and well furnished with everything you need! Owner had outstanding communication from booking to checkout. He also supplied alot of recommendations in the area. Highly recmmend!!

Christmas in Florence

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. We were able to walk to all the sites. Piero met us at check in and we were able to park our rental car.

Great Florence

Close to a couple of great restaurants and a grocery and pharmacy. Quick cab or bus to the center of the action! Host was very responsive and helpful! When back in Florence we will stay here again!

Great place for family of 6

The host, Piero, did a great job of communicating with us and gave us all the information we needed to have a great stay and enjoy the city. The place was clean and bright. The view from the balcony is wonderful and being across from the river was fun. I would stay here again.

Great stay in Florence

The apartment was amazing. Fantastic location, just a short walk into town along the river with breathtaking views. The hosts were great, the information which they had prepared and left in the apartment was extremely helpful. We had everything needed for a home away from home. We will definitely stay there again for our next visit to Florence.

Florence Apartment with Terrace

Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The large terrace has a beautiful view. The owner was very helpful with tips on the area and transportation, etc. I only wish we had been a 5-10 minute closer walk to the Duomo area but the trade offs were worth the extra exercise. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Penthouse Beauty

Beautiful view of the river, 20 min walk to town, very clean, well kept and stocked with everything you need and more. Piero is a wonderful host and very helpful in every way. He communicated well from the beginning giving us all kinds of recommendations for places to visit including links to the websites. Super helpful in planning our trip to visit my daughter. He also helped us in a last minute bind with the taxi reservation to the airport. I highly recommended staying here.

Highly recommended apartment !!

Very comfortable and clean apartment, great for families traveling together or two couples also with children. Easy walk (about half 15 minutes) to almost all monuments and museums. The hosts provide tons of information about the neighborhood, Florence and the region, and promptly replyed to all inquiries and concerns both before and during our stay. Spectacular panoramic terrace many well equipped with sofas, armchairs and dining table.

Fantastic all around

For location and comfort you cannot do better than Piero lovely apartment. It is a very nice walk to the city center, but there are plenty of great places to eat very close to the apartment as well. We are a family of four adults and had plenty of room to spread out. The terrace overlooking the river was the best. Piero is a wonderful host, with plenty of suggestions. We had an absolutely wonderful time!

Fantastic Penthouse

Fantastic Penthouse in a convenient location. The balcony was awesome for a calm, relaxing breakfast and lounging any other time of the day. The host were extremely helpful and accommodating. They allowed us park our car in the garage before check-in so that our belongings were safe. I'd love to spend more time in the apartment on another trip

Everything was excellent.

Piero, owner is amazing, so responsive and helpful. Spotless apartment, very roomy. Very close less than 100 feet from 2 major bus stops.Take a bus to all tourist spots in 15 minutes or so. Walk in 20 to 25 minutes. Book this vrbo if you are going to Florence!

Excellent!

The apartment was great. It was well equipped and spacious. We were able to do our laundry. The only thing that is a little difficult is it is about a 30 minute walk to the city center. Other than that it was wonderful!!

Beautiful apartment - Terrace with stunning views

This is a great apartment - new, clean, comfortable and with a superb view! Only 15 minute walk from everything you want to see (a great walk along the Arno River!) and in an area well served with everything you may need (shops, supermarkets, chemist, etc...). Efficient heating in winter and garage facility. Nice and helpful concierge.

Excellent accommodation, beautiful large terrace

Penthouse's place is in an outstanding location. Beautiful appartment, elegant, comfortable with parking place. Large panoramic terrace equipped with sofas, armchairs and a dining table, overlooking the river with a splendid view of the famous Michelangelo hill. Fully equipped kitchen. Piero was very helpful and informative. We loved staying in this place and had a wonderful Firenze experience. thank you very much Piero!!!

Lovely penthouse with incredible terrace and view!

This place is comfortable, spacious, nicely appointed, and the terrace is the cherry on top! We enjoyed eating breakfast and supper out there, drinking in the beautiful view across the Arno. The owner was gracious and went way over the call of duty to help us. The house manager, Marcello, was friendly and helpful. The home's beauty and its owner and manager being so helpful, created a wonderful week for us in Firenze! We will be back!

Beautiful apartment !!

It's a very beautiful apartment. Terrace with breathtaking views.. The guest guides prepared help us to manage the tour of the fantastic city easily. There is even a HD Video providing detail explanation of the master pieces and the history of the city. The facility in the place is well equipped with good functional status. My family had very good experience in the place. Thanks a lot for the hosting.

Beautiful penthouse walking distance monuments

The apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures posted. The south-facing terrace allowed us to stay outdoors even in this season (March) enjoying the view of the river and the park. New kitchen and fully equipped. The possibility of having a garage available to us was very helpful. The apartment is located in a commercial area with many shops with very affordable prices and a supermarket open on Sundays.

Stunning penthouse

We did a nice stay in this panoramic penthouse. The covered terrace facing south is beautiful even in winter. On sunny days we had lunch outside and we tan in the sun. Unbelievable that you can do even in winter! ! The apartment is modern and fully equipped. The center can be reached on foot or by public transport. We have always preferred to walk, and to return to the apartment we used the bus. The garage has been very useful for our car and the apartment's location allowed us to easily organize trips in all the other cities of Tuscany (Siena, San Gigmignano, Volterra, Pisa and Lucca), following the advice of the owner who has a very useful and comprehensive website. We also used the services of the tourist guide who was recommended by the owners (made us a discount of 10%).

Perfect for a trip to the city center

The reception and check-in was very good. We were shown the entire apartment and pointed out special features. The parking in the parking garage was good even for larger models. There were tips for nearby restaurants, supermarkets and bus connections to attractions. Ultimately, however, you can walk to the center (about 15-20 minutes). The path always leads along the river, so you can not get lost. The apartment was clean and well equipped (gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker). The basics for cooking were available (vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, spices, coffee filter, coffee powder, etc.). We felt comfortable. Only the heating was annoying, because the fan and rattling in the bedroom a little annoying. Communication with the owner via Whatsapp was good and timely. All in all, it was a great stay and if we ever come back to Florence we will certainly consider this accommodation again.

Beautiful terrace in a beautiful apartment! !

We were two couples and stayed for three weeks. Piero‘s apartment is a beautiful space, very consistent with the pictures that you see online. Beds are incredibly comfortable. The air-conditioner works very well, And the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a roomy terrace in the front of the house. Very well decorated, clean and close to a convenience store, the bus stop, and a very nice restaurant, the Chalet Bellariva. You can reach the city center in about 15 minute walk or by taking the number 14 bus. There are lots of books available in the apartment to help you decide which tours you may want to take, and there are very many of them. We enjoyed several winery tours and also took a bus to a scenic village up in the hills... Settignano. Piero could not have been more responsive to our request. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival and was very helpful in every regard. I highly recommend this apartment. The availability of the private garage was very useful for us.
