Location et emplacement conformes à l'annonce : endroit calme, bien entretenu, à proximité de la plage et des premiers commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sandro, le concierge ainsi qu'Olivier, le propriétaire des lieux, tous deux à disposition en cas de besoin et discussions très faciles. Nous recommandons cette location.

Schöner Garten mit gepflegter Pool

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und wurden wieder kommen. Der Garten ist schön und Groß, der Kunstrasen sieht natürlich aus. Pool ist sauber und groß genug für mehrere Personen. Unser Apartment war zweckmäßig Ausgestattet und die Klimaanlagen haben gut funktioniert. Der Concierge hat uns gut Empfangen und bei der Abreise war er auch extra für uns um Sieben da.

Erholsamer Strandurlaub

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Garten und Pool sind groß und gut gepflegt. Der Weg zum schönen Strand dauert ca. 5 Minuten. Die Betreuung durch den Hausmeister war sehr gut. Insgesamt für einen Strandurlaub sehr zu empfehlen.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette location le jardin est magnifique avec beaucoup de plantes le coin piscine est très agréable avec le gazon synthétique et les oliviers. Chaque location de la maison a son intimité. Le logement est très bien situé est permet d’aller dans le centre à pied rapidement. Très bon accueil de la part de Sandro A recommander

Summer Holiday 2023

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen und gepflegtem Haus. Die Wohnung, der Pool, das Haus - alles sehr gut gepflegt. Die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100%. Der Strand ist in 7 Minuten gut erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Fotos passen nicht mehr

Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden. Wir waren zunächst enttäuscht da die Örtlichkeit nicht den Fotos im Inserat entsprach. Der Baumbestand ist wesentlich höher und der Pool ist eingezäunt (muss vermutlich). Der Urlaub wurde schlussendlich aber insgesamt genossen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster - für Klaustrophobie oder Frischluftzufuhr nicht optimal. Sonst alles gut.

La chambre sans fenêtre est bien indiquée dans l’annonce. Quant à la ventilation la chambre est équipée d’une climatisation et une VMC. Les photos correspondent exactement à la réalité à l’exception de la piscine qui a été refaite à neuf selon les mêmes formes et volumes en décembre 2021 et équipée effectivement d’une clôture amovible pour répondre aux normes pour les enfants.

Ausgesprochen empfehlenswertes Appartement in toller Lage

Modern eingerichtetes, sauberes Appartement mit überdurchschnittlicher Innenausstattung und einwandfrei funktionierendem WLAN. Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Außenanlage mit toller eigener Terrasse. Einwandfreie Kommunikation mit Gastgeber und Mitarbeiterin. Beide sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
