Newly Renovated Luxury Villa- 5 minute walk to Beach!

Welcome to our cozy 3 bed/ 3.5 bath villa, nestled in the shady Hickory Cove Community inside of Palmetto Dunes! Take a 5 minute stroll to the private community beach, and after a long day in the sun, take a dip in the community pool located just steps from your back deck! Tennis, pickle ball, award-winning golf, bike/kayak rentals, and great restaurants are all within walking distance! Palmetto Dunes is centrally located and a short drive to all your favorite shops, restaurants, putt putt, and more! This end unit villa is spacious and private, offering a well appointed kitchen, and open dining/living area. 3 large bedrooms boast private bathrooms and balcony/patio access with a view of the pool. 38 Hickory Cove comfortably accommodates 9 guests. Please note: The community pool is closed seasonally from October 1st - March 31st.

1st floor master bedroom has a king bed with ceiling fan, full bath with new tiled shower and double vanity, and deck access/pool view.

2nd floor guest bedroom has a king bed, twin daybed with trundle, bath with walk-in tiled shower, ceiling fan, and private balcony/pool view.

2nd floor guest room has king bed, ceiling fan, full bath with tub/shower combo and private balcony/pool view.

The upstairs landing features a comfy day bed for extra sleeping space.

Villa amenities include plenty of kitchen necessities (pots, pans, appliances), full sized washer and dryer, propane grill, linens and towels, cable TV, and WIFI.

Parking passes are an additional fee (as follows) with a 3 car maximum and can be purchased at the Palmetto Dunes pass window (to the right at the entrance). There are no reserved parking spaces at Hickory Cove Villas.
3-7 days - $25 per pass
8-14 days - $40 per pass
15-180 days - $50 per pass

Minimum Renter Age is 25. No parties or events. No smoking anywhere on premises.
Unfortunately, we are unable to host pets in our villa at this time.
