The Space: The location of this stunning Forest Beach Villas #426 3-bedroom penthouse villa is outstanding as it’s across the street from the beach, a block from the Coligny Plaza shopping and dining, and adjacent to the beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. Villa features a spacious 16 foot living room ceiling, kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals, a spacious lagoon-view balcony, upgraded WiFi, bikes, lots of beach/recreational amenities, and an underground parking garage with luggage carts and elevators to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with access to our tennis and pickleball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with a king-sized bed and direct balcony access. The second bedroom is located upstairs and features a twin XL over queen bunk bed unit. The third bedroom is also located upstairs and features two twin beds and a twin pullout trundle bed. The villa is 1,756 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 people and offers guests a quiet place to enjoy their vacation, along with the convenience of being a short walk to shops, restaurants, and beach bars.
As owners we try hard to ensure your vacation is hassle free making sure the villa has everything you’ll need for a perfect beach getaway including beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, towels, pails/shovels/sand molds, kites, boogie boards as well as tennis/pickleball rackets & balls, rain gear, and more. Sometimes prior guests may lose or break these items, so they're not guaranteed to be available or in good condition, but you're welcome to use what's there!
While summer is a very popular season to visit Hilton Head Island, the Fall, Spring, and Winter are beautiful as well. Most restaurants and bars have outdoor heaters, so you’re able to dine outdoors if you’d like.
Guest Access: Our condo has a numeric keypad that unlocks the door and, for your connivence, we have contactless check-in and check-out.
You’ll be able to enter the condo at 4:00pm on the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee an early check-in and respectfully ask guests to patiently wait for our cleaners to finish. In the event you arrive at our complex before the condo is ready, you can change into bathing suits in the pool bathrooms and enjoy some swimming. The pool gate code will be provided with your check-in instructions.
The Neighborhood: Our condo is minutes away from a some great places including the beach (3 to 4 minute walk), the famous Tiki Hut Beach Bar (5 minute walk), Coligny Plaza (5 minute walk), Sea Pines Forest Reserve (10 minute walk), Shiphard Golf Course (4 minute drive), Shelter Cove Harbour (8 minute drive), Palmetto Dunes Club (9 minute drive), Harbour Town Golf Links (10 minute drive), and Hilton Head Island Airport KHXD, (15 minute drive.)
Beach Access Directions - Stairway or elevator to 1st floor - Walk across lagoon bridge - At bottom of bridge stairs take right on to short stone path & pass thru the black gate (code to be provided upon check-in) - Head right & walk to end of the parking lot - Walk across street & either enter the beach through the Beach House Parking Lot (4 minute walk from condo) or take a left & walk a few yards & enter at the Coligny Beach Park Walkway (an extra 3 minutes). - Note: If you’re using a cooler on wheels or beach cart and want to avoid stairs you should take the elevator or stairs to the garage level of the complex and then exit through the parking garage entrance that you drove through when you parked your car and then take a left on to the sidewalk on Pope Avenue. You’ll find the crosswalk to the beach a few steps away.

Getting Around: You can choose to drive or rent a car (two parking spots are provided for normal-sized vehicles, no RVs or trailers) and park in our underground parking garage or in our surface lot. Uber is increasingly available and reliable, but you can also contact Don’s Transportation Service at 843-540-3399. Don has a Honda Odyssey Minivan that can accommodate himself + 7 passengers. If you wish to use Don for a ride from the Savannah Airport, the cost has typically been $80 + tip regardless of the number of passengers, but please contact him directly to confirm in advance of your arrival. In the past, he has accepted Venmo, though he prefers cash. You can also call Don at any time during your stay for a ride.
Other Things to Note: We provide the following to make your stay as enjoyable as possible: - Access to our condo's shared pool and tennis/pickleball courts - Beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets & shovels/towels are located in balcony closet - Cooler on wheels, beach wagon & boobies boards are in the living room closet - Tennis & pickleball rackets & balls (located in balcony closet) - Games for the kids and legos (located behind the bar) - Bedding & towels as well as starter supplies of dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), trash bags (2), and sample size shampoo & conditioner - Kitchenware: Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals with the exception of the food. We do keep a large selection of individually packaged condiments in the refrigerator for our guests. Condo has both a standard and Keurig coffee pot. Typically the standard coffee pot will be on the counter and the Keurig can be found in the one of the kitchen cabinets. No coffee filters are needed for the standard coffee pot. - Information book located in the living room which contains condo info as well as restaurant, shopping and biking suggestions. - Umbrellas (located in living room closet) - Washing machine & dryer are located in the kitchen closet. Ironing board & iron are located in the master bedroom closet. - Blowdryers (located in each bathroom) - Beach towels. Cleaning services on Hilton Head do not provide or clean beach/pool towels. As a courtesy to our guests, we have beach/pool towels in the living room closet. If you choose to use these towels, we ask that you wash them at the end of your stay and return them to the closet. If they are not returned to the closet, the cleaning service will likely assume that you forgot them and throw them away. Thank you! - Televisions in the condo. Our condo has a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. The living room TV is a Smart TV with Roku. The Roku remote is the only TV needed to operate the Roku TV. To turn on press red button on top of remote. For live TV, select home button on remote and then right arrow & then scroll down and select “Spectrum." Volume is on side of Roku remote. For a channel guide select the right arrow. Feel free to log into any of your streaming devices such as Netflix or Hulu, but please log out of them at the end of your stay. The TV should be on HDMI 2. If you change it please change it back to HDMI 2 at the end of your stay. - Weights: The living room closet contains some hand and ankle weights, as well as stretch bands. - Sports Equipment: The balcony closet has tennis rackets/balls, pickle-ball rackets/balls, a volleyball, and a football. - Laundry: The condo has a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen closet. It also has an iron and ironing board in the master bedroom closet. A starter supply of laundry detergent is provided. - Balcony Lights: The balcony has a cool LED light strip. The remote to turn on the balcony lights is in the remote holder on the wall to the left of the living room TV. To use, press the red power button on the upper right hand side of the remote while pointing it at the rectangular power box located on the far left corner of the balcony railing. When done, please return remote to the wall holder.
