The first floor includes a living room with open kitchen, a TV corner and a reading area. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a dressing room, and a children's bedroom completes this level.

Halfway up the level, an independent bedroom, a bathroom and a games room allow everyone to have their own space. Under the roof, a bedroom-office as well as three other bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a sink and a bathtub, ensure optimal comfort.

The basement houses a cellar and a laundry room. Three toilets are distributed throughout the house. Outside, a quiet garden, a large terrace and a Norwegian bath offer beautiful moments of relaxation. Parking is easy thanks to several available spaces.

Thyez is a small village of 6,000 inhabitants located just 10 km from Bonneville, in a quiet and green environment. Annecy and Geneva are 40 minutes away, Chamonix 45 minutes away, and the first ski resorts can be reached in 30 minutes.

Within a radius of about 50 km, several lakes (Lake Geneva, Annecy) and mountain ranges (Mont-Blanc, Chablais, Aravis) offer a multitude of landscapes and activities.

Geneva and the neighbouring cities offer a rich cultural life: museums, cinemas, concerts, theatres, not to mention swimming pools and public parks suitable for children.

The activities available on site or nearby are varied:
– Mountains: hiking, climbing, skiing...
– Water: sailing, rafting, etc.
– Leisure: golf, horse riding, walking or cycling, etc.

The region is pleasant all year round, summer and winter.

A short walk from the house, a small lake is equipped with a children's playground, a bar-restaurant, barbecues, picnic tables and a supervised beach. Accessible on foot or by bike via a cycle path. Local shops (supermarket, bakery, post office, tobacconist) are also within easy walking distance.
