Spacious beachside condo less than a 1/4 block to the beach access. The location and beautifully landscaped semi-private tropical pool in the fenced back courtyard offer the best of both worlds! Combine this condo with Las Puertas 205 across the complex to accommodate up to 16 guests.

This second-floor walkup condo is beautifully decorated with jeweled beach tones. The living, dining and kitchen area is a large open space that is perfect for your whole family or group of friends to enjoy.

You can swim in the large tropical pool in this complex or the Gulf just down the street, whichever you choose. Since you are within a short distance of all the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything that you need to prepare a mouth-watering tropical meal. A utility room with a washer/dryer and 2 tandem parking spaces out front (no garage access) add convenience to make this the perfect location for your South Padre Island getaway!

Great location. Easy access to the beach .

Staff was great!They were very friendly and were ready to answer any questions before during and at check out. Very pleased with the rental. What you see is exactly how it is. Will use there service in the future.

Overall it was a 9. Could have used more garbage bags for trash cans and more towels. We didn’t have enough towels for the amount of people and only had one extra garbage bag

Fabulous summer vacay

We enjoyed the entire stay. The proximity to the beach was a plus. The pool area was clean and quiet. There were always groundskeepers watering or cleaning off pool area. The condo had everything we needed. Spacious, clean, pet friendly. Lovely living area and all bedrooms accommodated our family perfectly.

Clean and cozy condo by the beach

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything looked exactly as in the listing. Short two minute walk to the beach, and there is also a small convenience store within walking distance.

perfect spot for a SPI getaway

We had both my husband's and my immediate family come for a labor day weekend getaway and it was perfect! Definitely recommend!

This is a nice property close to a beach. It is nice decorated and spacious. The downside is that Internet was not working and could not be fixed. Front door lock was difficult to open. Basic supplies such laundry detergent were absent. This property is actually offered through VRBO, so cancellation policy is different than advertised on Expedia. Also you will need to complete pages of paperwork prior to your visit.

Great place!

The king bed was very comfortable and it’s only a short walk to the beach, about a block. AC was cold and kitchen was well stocked! Thanks for a great stay!

Over all very nice!

Property was really nice! Very clean and spacious. Location was great just across the street from the beach. Poolnwas juet at the end of stairs. Very nice and clean as well. However, I was not made aware that the drier was not working and they were aware of it at check-in. I washed clothes and had no way of drying them. Also the washer drain hose was not properly secured and came out and threw water all over the laundry room and into the kitchen. That was nerve racking. I had to use all of our towels to soak up water. They were quick to send someone to check it out so that was good. Drier never did work. I did have to go looking for a laundromat to finish off my laundry which was inconvenient. Would have liked to have been told this so I wouldn't have even messed with it, but overall the place was very nice and comfortable. My family really enjoyed it!

Perfect Getaway

We visited this property with our adult children and their friends (8 total). The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay again.

Nice condo - read review for helpful/need to know info

Soooo this was a nice condo. The location is convenient- only a block walk to public beach access. The condo has three good size bedrooms and good size bathrooms. The kitchen is nicely stocked with cooking stuff. Sitting areas are good for a family of 8. Balcony is small and faces the road so not really somewhere to hang out. Now I’ll list a few things that would’ve been good to know and some things that were not so good and a bit frustrating The owners were quick to respond EXCEPT for when I actually needed something. Then they just ignored me. Not cool The dryer needs to be cleaned - it takes a couple of hours to dry even a medium size load. Just be aware and plan accordingly There is No Ice maker. Total bummer. So buy ice before hand The beds are not comfortable and very noisy. Just putting it out there. Kids even complained about the noises they make every time they moved. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH SUPPLIES!!! This was very frustrating. For a family of 8 for 5 days we were only given one roll of toilet paper per restroom. One trash bag. One dishwasher tablet. One paper towel roll. And no dish sponge. Only one hand towel for the kitchen and only one bath towel per person. I am telling you this to make sure you know to bring supplies. I thought this was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS- we asked for more supplies and were told NO. So pack accordingly and be prepared to wash towels often. The pool is relatively small and can get crowded. Beware of Karen’s walking around and monitoring everything everyone is doing all the time!! There is no place to bbq and apparently you aren’t even allowed to. So that’s a major bummer too. The condo was in my opinion nice but for the amount of money we spent I was not overly impressed and won’t book with them again. The owners don’t go out of their way to upgrade or add small things to make this condo especially comfortable or family friendly.

Excellent property!

We loved the property, it was very spacious, clean and had many amenities. We would highly recommend! Since we didn’t have a vehicle it was a bit of a walk to some of the restaurants down the Blvd, but other than that it was beautiful location right across from the beach!

Could be an easier process

There was a room mixup at the start of our stay. We had to contact the owner & she promptly corrected the issue. The stay was really nice & quiet. The other occupants in the building were very friendly. Our whole family had a great time overall. Would recommend an easier check-in process like a coded entry door or a lockbox. Although we eventually found the procedure via the contract. It wasn't conveniently accessible through email, but only through the management company portal. Same goes for the checkout process. We had to physically go to the office to pick up & drop off keys & passes. Last thing we wanted to do was make a extra stop after a long drive. When all we wanted was to start our vacation by doing little to nothing at all, and just relax. I mean that's what we are paying for.

Awesome Property

This property was more than what we expected. We had a group of 6 adults. There was actually room to sleep 8 comfortably. There was plenty of seating for everyone to relax. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. A very short walk to the beach, There are 4 TV’s with their own cable box. All the rooms had ceiling fans. This place was perfect. I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated !! Extra pillows , blankets and all the kitchen equipment you need to cook!! Close to the beach and nice private pool ! Would highly recommend

Beautiful condo but beware of down the road neighbor

We picked SPI as our family vacation after having been cooped up due to the pandemic and we wanted to celebrate milestones. My 70 year old mother hadn't been to the island in years so we found it best to take her there since we have family that lives in the valley area. I had never experienced racism until I arrived to our condo and it was the saddest thing because it came from somebody that was not living at the condo or staying at the condo it was actually a neighbor from down the road. When we arrived my sisters had also booked two other condos in the same vicinity which was las puertas.. We had all traveled together and stopped before hand in Brownsville to get groceries. Well this man decided to come over and look at what we were unloading He came over where we had literally parked and were unloading. My family is Hispanic which I didn't think would be an issue since half of the valley is of Hispanic descent but apparently I guess it was to this certain individual. He made it a point to block off the area where you enter and started getting into a verbal confrontation with my brother in law and started making comments about our race. He said he was going to get our vehicles towed... mind you we had the parking passes issued by our renters. I wasn't gng to entertain this man so I called the police. He started then asking the cleaning lady who we were and he demanded we tell him what condo we were in. I thought at this point maybe he was intoxicated or I was on a prank show. He continued with the you people... and brown skinned comments. I was in awe because I'm actually very light skinned along with 80 percent of the people there. The only "brown" people was my 10 yr of nephew ,his mom and my brother in law( who gets brown from coaching a football team) the police got there and told him to leave us alone and that he couldn't be harassing us. The condo is beautiful!!! The cleaning lady and maintenance man are super sweet and assured us that the man wouldn't bother us. The ENTIRE condo is clean, taken care of.. so much so that we will return. Hopefully this time... that horrible man won't be around.
