Pura Vida is an exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse situated right on the beach at the renowned Saida Towers Resort. Take in the mesmerizing waves, catch a glimpse of the Bay, or simply relax while waiting for the launch of a Space X rocket, all from this stunning beachfront residence. Delight in the panoramic views and sunrises from the spacious balcony. The generously sized living areas have been recently renovated and upgraded with tile flooring throughout. This magical retreat is fully furnished with everything you need for an exceptional vacation, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home, a Master king bedroom, a second king suite, and a third guest bedroom with 2 double beds to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The resort offers an array of amenities including 3 pools (one heated throughout the winter), 3 hot tubs, 4 tennis/pickleball courts, a palapa bar, snack shack, and a 24-hour guarded entrance for added security. With its prime location just a short stroll from the beach and in close proximity to restaurants and shops, Pura Vida is the perfect getaway destination. PLEASE READ ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS IN OUR HOUSE RULES.

IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

VAYK GEAR is a premier BEACH Equipment Rental Company offering top-of-the-line gear for your perfect beach day. You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.

The owners of Saida IV #902 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ Dogs are welcome for $100/per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Perfection!!!

Too many things to list. Loved ALL OF IT!!! My favorite part was sitting on the patio late in the afternoon and enjoying the breeze. Perfect spot for an afternoon nap. I’d go back tomorrow if I could.

Perfect for the family!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the place was warm homey and inviting with everything you need for the kitchen (all the appliances) we spent most of our time in the kitchen so it was great everyone fit comfortably!

We loved our stay! The condo was everything that was advertised. The view of the pools & beach was lovely. We brought our dogs & they had a good time too as there are plenty of dog friendly grassy areas & the walk to the beach was easy! From grandkids to pets, the family action was a hit!

We've stayed at various condos at Saida over the past 40 years and this unit was the nicest by far. Highly recommend this 3-2 with fully stocked kitchen, linens and comfortable beds. Views of the gulf are great!

Great trip with the kids

We had an amazing time at this location. Loved the amazing view along with the amenities of the resort. Having pools, tennis courts and even lunch options was just perfect. We only stayed for 3 nights and everyone wished we had booked longer. Great communication with owners. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely family getaway on South padre Iskand

We had a great time at this property! The condo was well appointed with all of the usual toiletries and amenities as well as beach towels, beach chairs and a beach cart. This made packing a breeze! The Kitchen was great for prepping and cooking meals for the family. We enjoyed watching the fireworks just off the balcony one evening too! Highly recommend staying here! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

The condo was great! A lot of things were made available to accommodate our time on the beach- chairs, wagon, towels, etc. It was clean and spacious. Great views! Only thing that could be better are the beds- they were a little on the hard side. Other than that, everything was perfect! Thanks for our stay!

Great condo!

Our family had a wonderful time at the condo. Spacious and well equipped. The view is amazing. Heated pool was great. The only thing I would change is supplying more household supplies, like aluminum foil, garbage bags and dish soap, maybe upping the charge per night to cover those costs, that way your guests don’t have to buy 40 trash bags or an entire roll of foil for a 7 day stay. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Best customer experience I’ve had in a while

From the moment of booking to right before our stay, during our first night, half way through our stay and even after our stay Rod and Rosa went many extra mile to ensure our experience was nothing short of 100%. Between emails and texts communicating was not an issue ever! My daughter even forgot her AirPods in the condo after check out and they made sure we were able to get back inside for her to get them. The condo was very spacious and had more amenities then I expected. I even took my own hand mixer and Instant Pot with me only to find that the condo was stocked with those items and more. I highly recommend using their services and I will continue to use them again!

Nice Place to Stay for Two Couples!

The condo in the listing is very accurate. It is on the 9th floor elevators run frequently very rarely do you have to wait too long for the elevator it has a wonderful view! There's a large kitchen and dining area and a small living room perfect for I would say 5 to 6 people comfortably to sit on the couches. The master bedroom is great it has a fantastic view of the ocean a comfortable bed it's own bathroom and a big closet to store all your things. The owners were also very kind and left a buggy that you can carry your things down to the beach. There are plenty of towels and even extra chairs on the patio that you can take down to the beach. The kitchen oven refrigerator stove all worked great so it's a great place to cook your own meals pots and pans are a plenty there wasn't anything that we needed that they didn't have there. We ate most of our meals in the condo. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance on the street or if you prefer you can walk down the beach and get to some nice restaurants that way we did eat out 3 times. The location of the condo is great it's a very short distance out to the beach it was very busy but everybody was very respectful even when it was crowded 4th of July weekend I found it to be quite enjoyable. I give this condo five stars,however,I do need to mention that the second bedroom bed is extremely uncomfortable. Luckily it was just two couples so my husband and I were able to stay in the two twin beds.

Saida IV Condominiums is a building in the Saida Resort complex at South Padre Island,TX. The grounds and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and maintained. We were impressed with the fact that just steps away from the condo there are 3 nice swimming pools (one being heated), 2 Jacuzzi pools, and 4 beautiful, smooth surfaced tennis courts.The entire complex is very family friendly. In addition, there is a 24 hr. gate guard house and the entire complex has a security fence around it, making us feel very safe. We liked this lovely property from the first time we saw it! It's a very short walk to the beach from our condo on the 9th floor. There’s a fantastic view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from our place.
