Spacious townhome which sleeps 8 with roof top deck that has views of the island, bay side, sea, SpaceX launch pad and rocket row. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets lounging on the outdoor sectional. See fireworks during the summer on Friday and Saturday and Holidays.

Only 3 minute walk to Beach access. Outdoor pool with shower.

Second level features open living area and dining with fully stocked kitchen and balcony in back.

3rd level features 2 bedrooms/2 baths, master with King with balcony , 2nd room has 2 Queen beds. Den (open room between the 2 bedrooms) has a bunk bed.

4th level is the roof top deck with a half bath.

Complex has pool with outdoor shower.

Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Close to Sea Turtle Rescue, SPI Birding, Nature center and alligator sanctuary.

Great place to relax and experience island living. Pet Friendly.

Great location 5 minute walk to the beach

Great location, very close to the beach. Pool is not too big however we really enjoyed it. Very peaceful and clean. Only thing is that there is a lot of stairs so if you’re traveling with older people it might be a hassle for them. Other than that great stay!

MUST STAY!!

Walking distance to beach! Looks exactly like the pictures! Very spacious and enough room for the family. It was clean upon arrival and easy to access. We didn’t run into any problems and anytime I messaged the owner (before and during my stay), she responded quickly.

The garage bedroom was unusable. Bedding was all damp & smelled horrendous. There was no way my grands would sleep there & they were looking forward to it. The upstairs bedroom tvs were totally useless without remotes. Totally bummed. The room with two beds claims they are Queen, nope! They are Full sized. The beds were comfy though. We did love the location & distance to the beach. Because of the lower room, we’d not stay again.

Comfortable stay

Plenty of space for our family of 5 plus both of our moms! So close to the beach and lots of beach accessories to borrow from the owners! Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I are originally from Texas, I was born in Houston and my husband in McAllen . We both attended school in Austin and later settled there. We now live full time on South Padre Island. We enjoy walks on the beach, riding bikes on Gulf Blvd and the beach, collecting sea shells, watching sunsets and sunrises from the top deck.

A block from the beach access. Roof top deck with sectional with ocean and bay views, and also SpaceX which is 9 miles south. Restaurants and bars walking distance. Retail stores close by. A block north there is a place where you can rent jet skis and fishing guides.
