Dear Lindy, Thanks for reviewing your recent stay with us as a 5-star experience! We are thrilled to know that the home, its location and amenities exceeded your expectations! It sounds like the pool, spa and covered patio area was enjoyed by your entire group! We’re also very pleased to know that our property management team was responsive in answering any questions you had throughout your stay and made the process from check-in to check-out an enjoyable experience. We do appreciate your feedback regarding construction in the area and are sorry to hear that this negatively impacted some aspects of your stay. Lido Key, in addition to many other areas of our beautiful State are undergoing significant development and growth. Although we have no control over development projects in the area, we would have been happy to have a member of our Property Management team stop by to discuss the excess noise with the construction crews and kindly remind them they are working in a residential neighborhood. We have established a line of communication with many of the contractors on these sites, and we are always happy to leverage that relationship to improve our guests stay. We hope that this small inconvenience didn’t have too negative of an impact on your stay and that you were still able to relax and enjoy the beautiful Gulf coast. We hope you’ll return to see us next season, we would love the opportunity to host you and your group again! Sincerely, Lido Key Vacations
