Great place, look forward to returning in the future!

The condo was clean and accurate to the listing. The location was great for us, not on the main strip and quieter, the back deck is wonderful and provided a quiet coffee spot for us in the mornings.

Great place for family

Close to beach, Jolly Rogers, restaurants but yet far enough from the beach crowds. We love the small boat dock for morning coffees. Would definitely stay again.

We used this location to stay during oceans calling. It was convenient and the perfect size for our family. We had an awesome time and the owner was really great about communication and answering our questions.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Its quiet and private, yet close to the beach and the activity of the main drag.

Great location and clean

Very close to restaurant/bars for the adults. Close to Jolly Rogers for the kids. Kids had a great time out back on the canal scooping shrimp and crabs from the dock

Very pleased with my experience

Perfect for a family of 4. Good location. Clean. Good value for the nightly rate. I noticed some upgrades in furniture and bedding from my previous stay. Owner let us check in early and had good communication. Check in process was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Good trip

We had a very nice trip stayed in this water front house for 6 days. Close to everything and quiet community. My 6 year old son enjoyed the crabbing daily. We can have fresh crabs every day! Will come back next time.

Very clean and fresh inside. Perfect location on the bay side away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, yet within walking distance to the end of the boardwalk at 27th Street. It was perfect!!

Overall everything was good. A couple comments- this was the first time in years that I’ve stayed at a place that linens/towels were not included. Although the process to purchase/rent them was relatively simple, to me, that kind of is a bit of a “hidden cost” especially since one of the “selling points” was “no hidden costs”. The door to the balcony was really difficult to open and close- I would highly recommend fixing/adjusting it before someone less careful than us breaks it. The place itself was clean and well stocked with dishes and silverware and pots and pans. Also there were beach chairs/umbrellas and even a wagon which came in super handy since the property is a solid 20 minute walk to the beach. The primary bedroom and attached bathroom are good (although the shower handle sticks a bit). The second bedroom did get a bit warm even with the air conditioning and fan running (although we were there during a heat wave to be fair.) Be aware that the second bathroom is downstairs right next to the front door, so whomever is staying in the non-primary bedroom has to be willing to go up and down the stairs to the bathroom. The location is right by Jolly Roger amusement park.

The owner of the property was very nice and I had all the information that I needed before I got there. The place was very homey and quite comfortable. Easy bike ride to the beach. Very quiet area. Would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location. When you walk to the boardwalk, you’ll be almost at the end of it on 27th Street. Also I liked the restaurant at the corner of Robin Drive and “the main drag”.

The property itself was great, the location is convenient, and the host provided all the information needed to be fully prepared. But, beware the neighbors. We were so scared of upsetting them that it was hard to relax and enjoy the week.

Nice family stay

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. The house was clean and well provisioned. The roomy 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family vacation. The location and parking were convenient. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend.

Probably the best side of the bay I have been on yet.

My overall experience with this property and property manager was well beyond 5 stars. Check-in was super easy and the unit was very well cleaned and organized. We didn’t really need for nothing during our stay because it was already there. And to top off the icing, you have your own dock slip while your there. Neighbors are so very nice and it’s great to have your own parking spot just steps away.
