Unfortunately, this was an outage on their end, and they had to send a technician out to fix it, which was outside of our control. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with one of the bedrooms. We understand how important a comfortable and fresh environment is during your stay. It sounds like the dehumidifier wasn’t operating at full capacity due to the clogged filter, which we deeply regret. This is not the standard we strive to maintain, and we are addressing this immediately to ensure future guests do not encounter a similar issue. We also appreciate your note about receiving a heads-up. Transparency is important to us, and we’ll work to improve communication about any ongoing maintenance or conditions in the unit. After your departure, the property had a back-to-back reservation, and our cleaning team completed their turnover inspection without locating the items mentioned. Unfortunately, once new guests have checked in, we are not able to enter the property to search or disrupt their stay. We always do our best to assist with lost items when possible, and we regret that we were unable to recover them in this case.
