Enjoy a partial gulf view from the front balcony of Serenity Shores, our top floor condominium. We keep our home updated with firm beds and quality furniture to make you feel right at home.

Our home has balconies on both gulf and bay side, providing a healthy ocean breeze inside the residence. The tall 9 foot ceilings make our residence feel spacious and modern. 



We keep it updated.

Our home is exceptionally well-maintained and clean - We stay several weeks a year ourselves, and you will note it feels much more like a nice home instead of a typical rental property. 

We have fresh premium flooring throughout, with stainless appliances, granite counters, and modern amenities including a dedicated private elevator. Enjoy beautiful top-floor views with no stairs to climb! The living room has a beautiful open layout, with expansive west-facing windows.

We have a 65" television in the living area, and a 50" in the master bedroom. All our furniture was selected to make the home feel luxurious and welcoming for our guests.

About the rooms:

Master Suite: The luxurious master suite has a private balcony facing the bay side of the island, and has a luxurious pillowtop king bed with our own version of a "pillow menu". The master bath has a huge tiled shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. 

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom has a small office area, complete with desk, monitor, office chair, and even keyboard/mouse. This same bedroom has bunk beds (twin on top/full on bottom). 

Third Bedroom: The third bedroom has a queen bed, complete with new mattress and a large closet. 

Second Bath: The hallway bathroom has a luxurious tiled shower with a special doorless layout. Our guests love it! 

Your own garage.

Enjoy your own PRIVATE, locked garage stall throughout your stay. We have two parking spots available - One inside the garage and one on the driveway directly in front of the garage. 

Located near the beach and shopping.

This perfect location is just one block to the beach and two blocks from the popular bayfront park, featuring picturesque views of the bay. Here you will also find a picnic area, children's playground, a kayak launch and basketball courts. 

We are only one mile from Bridge Street, which has historic shops, restaurants, and even a family-owned coffee and ice cream shops. Bridge Street also has fun attractions (like mini golf) for the family.
