FANTASTIC FAMILY VACATION

This is a must stay when you are having a family vacation in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Pictures are very accurate, great location and everything a family needs in the gorgeous house. Internet was down most of the time but that gave us some time to enjoy good ole family time‼️

Girls trip!!!

Our stay at this property was AMAZING!!! Great communication from the property owner prior to arrival which allowed us to plan accordingly. Very clean, no creatures, lol. The beds were very comfy. The only thing I would suggest are cushions for the rocking chairs. This is an amazing property and I would recommend to anyone!!!

Has Everything You Need

Great cabin! We loved the home theater, fireplaces, and outdoor jacuzzi. The only downfall, the wi-fi never worked nor did the ice maker. We couldn't watch good movies r use Alexa for music because of the wi-fi.

Flying Squirrel gone wild

The checkin process was easy. We did have to wait until exactly 4pm to checkin, the property was still being cleaned. The location is awesome. 10-15 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg. Amenities- the hot tub and sauna are great. The indoor pool area is heated, but not the water. The temp was to cold for us to use. We loved the movie room, and game area. Having a grill was also very convenient. Beds comfortable and each room very spacious. Some things we will keep in mind for the next time we travel. Bring linen. There was not enough for 7 people, and who wants to wash laundry while on vacation. The movie theatre room does not have a light dimmer option which would be awesome. Also keep in mind critters in cabins is a very real thing. We had a squirrel in the master bedroom. We noticed it around 11pm, called the property and due to the holiday no one came out. We tried to catch it ourselves but we aren't animal control and the squirrel was fast and was flying. We did not have any one come to assist until 2pm the next day,and the squirrel not being caught until 6pm. We could not use the master. It was very inconvenient but our family will enjoy the memories and laughs this caused for years to come. I would absolutely recommend this property. Thank you Eden Crest for hosting our Thanksgiving week. We will be back.

Peaceful and Plentiful

We enjoyed everything about the house. The spacious great room. Lots of bedrooms with quality bedding. Clean bathrooms. Cozy decks. The only thing we couldn’t get to work was the great room tv but most of us didn’t want tv, so the tv watchers went to the air conditioned theatre! It was really nice. Thank you

Loved this cabin! Loved the location, very clean, lots of amenities, and close to everything. Excellent communication with the owners/rental company. We got to see some bears walking through the neighborhood We were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful property. Saw bears two different days. Clean and as advertised. Only complaints were issue with pool alarm (which management resolved) and fact movie room was next to the pool (not safe to leave 9 year olds unattended).

Amazing cabin the cabin was very clean and we really enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub ( steps for the hot tub would be nice). The cabin was close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge we even saw several bears during our stay.

Girls Trip 2025

I gathered with my college friends of over 30 years this past weekend at this wonderful house. The property was clean, comfortable, and everything was operable with detailed instructions sent ahead time. The one time we had to call and ask the management company a question we received an immediate response. This is my 2nd time renting a house in this neighborhood. I will be back again next weekend with my family for another fun filled weekend! I would highly recommend this unit managed by Eden Crest.

Awesome cabin

This property was very nice and clean. We had plenty room to spread out. The location was perfect. Only took about 8 minutes to get into Gatlinburg. The only negative we had was the pool heater wasnt working. We reached out to management and they sent someone out to check on the pool. The propane tank was acrually empty and needed to be refilled. After it was refilled took about 24 hours to heat pool to a safe temp to swim. Everything else was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend

House was a bit bigger than expected. We loved how spotless everything was the all the amenities the property had. Kids loved the house and the wife and I loved it as well. Very peaceful! Had a slight issue with the pool temperature but Maintenance came out the next day and fixed it no problem. Will be back for sure

Family/friend vacation

It was a great place to stay. There was some stuff that needs fixing before it becomes a problem but all in all it was a fantastic place. I would recommend them putting a dish drainer and a sink plug for the kitchen because we ended up having to hand wash dishes the dishwasher didn’t seem to be washing that great and it took it all night long to wash one load. So if you have a big family you have to hand wash because the dishwasher is also too slow. The location is about 8 miles from all attractions takes about half an hour to get there but it’s worth every minute of it. Thank you for having us and we would definitely return.
